Unusual violet, reminded me of another favorite of mine

This could easily be inspo for perfumers when making PdF "Fior di Pane". Violets here are not so woody and piercing, but to me they have a similar edible connotation (bread, yeast). Very interesting. I was really surprised to smell this "bready" violet again. Trussardi Jeans are more wearable, discreet and subtle, and have powdery nuances, more prominent as perfume progresses.
I love Trussardi fragrances from the beginning of the 20th century, this one is no exception.
Sillage is moderate, but it's well lasting on skin. Just not very loud.
Beautiful, comforting and wearable.

Versatile Violet

A lovely light breezy violet top note that moves into smooth powdery heliotrope and white musk. It does smell how you would imagine, a light indigo cotton fabric should. Airy, clean and wearable with anything.

Today I discovered Trussardi Jeans in a secluded corner of my shelf.
How did it get there? Why was it unopened?
Perhaps from my mom's collection?
This needed to be investigated.
The dark blue packaging and the name "Jeans" suggested a hearty, rustic scent - robust like the indestructible denim fabric.
But the exact opposite was the case - I was enveloped by a delicate web of freesia, violet, and tuberose. Very bright and very fragile.
Iridescent heliotrope joined in, along with gleaming white musk.
A fragrance of surprising lightness.
I see white, transparent gauze curtains gently billowing in the wind from the open windows, letting in a pleasant coolness.
The sunlight paints bizarre patterns on the walls and beckons to go outside.
One swings their legs out of bed with motivation and cheerfully faces the new day.
One smiles - and is prepared.

This beautiful, tender fragrance has unjustly lived in the shadows.
