My first designer fragrance

About a year ago, when I didn't know much about perfumes, I stood in Douglas and tested the fragrances. Eros Flame caught my eye with its fiery top note and I wanted it immediately as I had never smelled anything like it before. And I spent a lot of money on a perfume at the time. Unfortunately, I don't wear the fragrance very often as I find the base note rather unpleasant. I have to give the fragrance credit for the fact that it lasts a very long time and is definitely the best of the Eros range.

The better Eros?!

One of my first perfumes. The fragrance starts very fruity and citrusy. The drydown is very pleasant and not too sweet. In my opinion the better Eros. H/S are good. You definitely get noticed. I think the fragrance is wearable all year round except on very hot summer days. I smell the rose rather less.

Spring/Autumn NoBrainer

Versace Eros Flame is a fragrance that I simply love to wear, somewhat in the shadow of its blue relatives, but for me a lot better.

A warm spicy orange in the opening, which joins woody tones.
After a while, a subtle hint of vanilla joins in and rounds things off.

I absolutely love wearing it in spring/autumn, but I also find it suitable for temperatures around 15-20 degrees.

It's very supple and doesn't jostle, it doesn't scream with attention but does exactly what I expect from a fragrance.

Make me feel good and create an aura that captivates others.

H/S completely solid, because as already written above it does not scream for attention but is still very well perceptible, for me a classic everyday fragrance that I would buy again and again.

Actually the best Eros. Fresh citruses turns down to an amazing spicy, woody, floral and unique scent. Very versatile, can be used in all seasons except for summer and extreme heat, amazing as a signature, clubbing or night out fragrance. Quite strong projection, longevity is about 8 hours, which is actually enough. The only downside of this fragrance is overpowering citruses. Too much citrus, I would want to see a less citrusy version of this or opening should have lasted less. Other than this, amazing designer fragrance.

The forgotten Eros

Eros Flame is the fresher, spicier and more citrusy cousin of the original Eros. It's not unique or special but it's a great, cheap, quality fragrance that is easy to wear and beginner friendly. Better suited for colder weather and it can be a solid signature. Good performance all around. I don't know if i like this more than the original Eros DNA but it's definietly a good twist on the original. There is little to nothing to dislike about this fragrance in my opinion but people still hate on it because it's an Eros flanker. It's very surprising how good it is compared to how cheap it is but Versace tends to deliver with every fragrance from them. 100% worth the price.
