Grapefruit Berry With A Flirty Vibe

I'm going to be honest but this perfume kind of smells like grapefruit to me when I spray it. Maybe a hint of berries but totally grapefruit! It isn't overpowering but not weak. Anyways, after that it just drifts into more of a rosy citrus. This perfume has a citrusy clean scent to it with a flirty vibe somewhere in there. It great for spring! I however don't really recommend this because it doesn't last as long and after about 2 hours, it's completely gone so I will have to respray after that. Also the scent isn't event hat complex and unique so I don't think it's worth your money and you can get something much better for a little more money.

nothing like the original

I didn't expect this to be anywhere near the original perfume that VS offered of the same name; nonetheless, it's a shame they recycled the name. It's a similar situation from the vintage Miss Dior to the current flankers from 2005 and beyond.

If I recall correctly, the explanation of the new fragrance was to reflect on what women supposedly like nowadays: the fruity floral gourmand. It is indeed fruity with the berries, and the creme brulee does shine through for a short amount of time...but it's all berries. It's not a complex scent at all, and it really has the quality and longevity of VS's body sprays that you can get 5 for $30 (or something like that). I was appalled that the store was charging $40 for 0.8 oz of the perfume in a plain-looking bottle. For an "upgrade" you pay $68 for the packaging that is a knockoff of a Nina Ricci bottle and some more of the juice. This is another perfume that I hope ends up in the sale bin because it's NOT worth its price at all.
