Shouldve been permanent

Im upset this was limited edition, it was one of the best scents Victorias Secret put out in a hot minute, plus it is something new, you don’t get a lot of mint chocolate fragrances.
Smells exactly like an Andes Mint. The chocolate note is more on the powdery side and the mint is very sweet without being harsh.
It is a lighter scent but I enjoy that, it makes it even cozier.

Strange, smokey dry-down

This had a beautiful minty-chocolate opening: powdery, chilly, and sweet. But the notes quickly moved into the middle, where the opening notes disappeared and a toasted marshmallow solinote sat quietly.

Dry-down, which came within just a few minutes, was a really burnt marshmallow + firewood. It reminded me of a sweeter, more smokey, and synthetic version of "Replica - By the Fireplace | Maison Margiela" . Very headache-inducing for me.

A better alternative for a minty-chocolate mist: Christmas Cocoa & Mint . That one keeps the chocolate and mint notes - and doesn't have anything woody, smokey, burnt, or synthetic.

The Bed Drowns in It Before Sleep

Okay, I just have to mark my territory here: I love this body spray. Really. I would love to eat it. To be completely honest: I love chocolate, I love After Eight, even though I don't eat it anymore. And this spray is exactly that for me. Seriously, I wish for a body spray or perfume that smells exactly like this chocolate. I have no idea what it is, but I am addicted to it. I would literally bathe in it.

It's just After Eight in spray form: chocolate, peppermint, a hint of spiciness, perfectly balanced. In my experience, this hasn't necessarily been well received in my surroundings, but to be honest, I couldn't care less. Many people simply don't like peppermint. But this spray is just made for me. Of course, I have backups of it. You never know when you might urgently need a refill.

As has already been mentioned here, it's a great cuddle and sleep scent.
The best part: It's permanently on offer at our Müller. I believe almost no one else buys it here except for me, but that doesn't bother me at all. More for me!
