Delicate (but that's not always a bad thing)
For some reason, orange blossom always makes me think of cheesecake. I don't know if that's because I associate it with halawet el jibn, or if it's because the cheesecake my brother makes is always flavored with orange blossom, but that's what it brings to mind. So while this is in no way a gourmand, it does feel creamy... that's partially the vanilla, but for me it's very much the orange blossom, too.
The opening is a little strange (it does that Tommy Girl thing of smelling like tea-flavored-with-citrus-oils rather than actual tea, but this time with a dose of menthol), but it blends pretty seamlessly into creamy orange blossom and vanilla, warm and comforting. It feels like an old-fashioned amber fragrance without containing a drop of resins.
When I say this is delicate, I don't mean the sillage nor the longevity, both of which are fairly average. But it feels as if it should last less or project less than it does. The changes that it makes on skin are very subtle. I don't realize they're happening until I think back and realize the perfume I'm wearing isn't at all the same as it was an hour ago.
My cat really loves this for some reason and wants to lick my wrists when I wear it.
