Underwhelming Hype: Not Quite Ripe

This fragrance, much like its presentation, gives off a vibe that reminds me of a 14-year-old skater boy. It's just okay, and honestly, I feel there are far better choices available for spring, summer, and even fall. If you're drawn to a cannabis note, Mugler's Bad Boy Le Parfum is a much more compelling option with a similar leather dry down, but executed miles better. I was really hoping for a juicy pear, but what comes through is mostly just the crisp freshness of the fruit with only a hint of sweetness. If this scent truly resonates with you, that's fantastic, but personally, it's not something I'd want in my collection. My bottle has already been returned.

Surprisingly Good

I approached 212 Men Heroes with rather low expectations, but in the end, I was not disappointed and quite satisfied. The longevity on my skin was pretty good at around 8 hours. Only the sillage was not that impressive. At work, I was even asked if I wasn't wearing a fragrance today...

The top note starts with a lot of pear and reminds me of a pear compote. In the heart note, geraniums bring floral and rosy aromas into the fragrance. Clary sage adds green and herbal nuances. The base remains quite fruity with sweet, leathery, and animalic hints of musk.

The scent is quite successful and fresh but still a bit too synthetic. It's okay to wear...
