Fine tart and spicy, also suitable for ladies.
An "Uralt-Duft", produced by Yves Rocher, among other things sold in supermarkets (e.g. "Platza"..later "Continent", "Schade" and "Albrecht", to name a few). In the in-house drugstore.
And it wasn't badly stocked back then.
And this "Fraîcheur Ambrée" is a great fragrance, although not overly durable.
But what's inside has its own charm Besides amberwood I can clearly see cloves and sandalwood, as well as an "undertone" of vetyver and patchouli.
Like cool autumn air on hot summer days. And yet so warm and familiar.
Mid-eighties, I'd say. Round and beautiful. An absolute "unisex scent" as they say today in New German.
If Yves Rocher were to relaunch it in the old formula and give it a new name, a sales hit would probably be inevitable...
