Smell spring and smile
Don't forget that a quick sniff from a perfume bottle can determine your mood for the next hours. If you're a sucker for spring-fragrances, give "Muguet en fleurs" a try. This simple soliflore is guaranteed to put a smile on your face (provided you like lily-of-the-valley). This pretty floral scent takes me back to a joyful day in spring... with lily-of-the-valley in full bloom, of course.
Lasting power is poor, but given the low price, I won't complain. The best scent from the "Un Martin au Jardin" range so far.

True Muguet
You can't go wrong with YR's Muguet en Fleurs if you like lily of the valley. For me, it was a beginner's scent as it goes for the note, since I couldn't tolerate it for years. I've started loving lily of the valley pretty much with this simple yet successful EDT which I also recommend to anyone who likes non-sweet, green, fresh florals.

That's pretty much a soliflore scent truly value for the money. Longevity and sillage is justs as what's supposed to be (more than a cologne but less than an EDT) since the gist of Muguet is lightness and spring.

Concerto Grosso in the Garden
For weeks, my husband and I have been coughing at each other - which is extremely exhausting.

Dear visitors are canceled just in case, as we do not want to spread our viruses further.
Otherwise, it's all about hunkering down at home.

Not very fruitful - and a free diet cure to boot.

Lazily, I reach into the Rocher bag, which contains birthday offers.

Oh - Lily of the Valley?
My husband threw it in the bag because he likes lily of the valley, and the illustration on the little box is just too tempting.

I spray cautiously, as lily of the valley is not always pleasant for me.
Often, a musty, rotten undertone ruins the enjoyment.

But - whoa - this lily of the valley is green-white and garden-fresh.
The juicy stems spread green freshness, and the white bells chime ever so sweetly.
May they summon the warm May.

But in such a positive mood, I slip into the faux fur, pull on my beanie - and boldly head into the garden.
May the February sun shower me with vitamins.

Still, a metallic "ugh ugh" escapes me - which is answered by "buchu buchu" from the neighboring garden.

We continue to concert for a while - until the Concerto Grosso reaches its climax in "ugh buchu."

Nevertheless, the beautiful authentic lily of the valley scent gave me the impetus to visit the garden again - even if my knees are a bit wobbly.

My husband made a good choice, sparking hope for "goodbye winter" - and especially for health improvement.

In the Heart of a Dewy Garden
Why this fragrance?
This fragrance holds a special place in my collection - it is the only Eau de Toilette and one of the few fresh scents I currently own.
How did it come to this? Well, I gifted a bottle of this Eau de Toilette to my mom when she was visiting me and we went shopping together. In her youth, she loved wearing a lily of the valley perfume and wanted to indulge in some memories.
A few months after her departure, I stumbled upon an Yves Rocher store during a shopping spree and… got myself a green bottle! Somehow, it made me feel closer to my mom.

Scent impression?
I agree with most reviewers - the scent is not overly floral, but rather green, although I can clearly perceive the lily of the valley. The opening is very lightly citrusy (which I personally like, as I usually don’t enjoy citrus; it often comes across as somewhat artificial and sharp) and quickly shifts into green notes, which I really appreciate. Green notes and lily of the valley create a delightful duet that lasts relatively long. At no point do I find the scent soapy or sharp.

Bottle?
I find the bottle very appealing: rather minimalist, angular, yet with nicely rounded edges. The bright emerald green fits fantastically with the fragrance theme, as does the relief of curved leaves on the front of the bottle.

Longevity & Sillage?
The longevity is quite good for an Eau de Toilette - it lasts on me for 5-6 hours. The sillage is also okay, but rather moderate.

Conclusion
The fragrance is a lovely bright green fresh scent that can be worn preferably in spring and summer. Not a scent for grand appearances, of course, but a pleasant companion for casual occasions, which, while not expensive, certainly does not smell cheap.

very fresh and green and different
I love lily of the valley very much: the little white "stinkers," as Meggi would call them, have captivated me for a long time.
Especially this heavy earthy sweetness, which plays lightly into the decaying, has finally reached the right "ripeness" in my "Le Muguet" by Annick Goutal, and it excites me.
The fact that these little bells shine like white dots from the underbrush brings them a little closer to the land of elves and fairies that I have always wanted to experience.
One never knows who might be taking a nap in the heart of the leaf funnel.
Pst, let’s be quiet so as not to disturb!

All these deep, somewhat dark fragrance notes are nowhere to be found in "Un Matin au Jardin - Muguet en Fleurs/Lily of the Valley" by Yves Rocher.
This scent is fresh and clear and green: this lily of the valley has to submit to many things.
A lot of fresh, dew-covered green of the cool morning greets you after the first spray.
It is accompanied by the refreshing kick of lemon, which is somewhat muted by the bergamot. This prevents the sharpness that could otherwise quickly arise in this ensemble. Thus, its slightly musty scent note is truly a blessing here.
The little white bell gets a bit lost in this fragrance swirl; it plays more of a supporting role here.
The pink pepper adds a little extra kick. Whether that is necessary, I do not know.

So Yves Rocher offers more of a fresh garden impression in the very early morning rather than a lily of the valley scent.
This initially bothered me a bit and is also a reason why I don’t even risk buying another one of the simple, yet very pleasant to hold flacons. Therefore, it doesn’t matter here whether the fragrance continues to be sold or not!

Anyone who enjoys fresh, green scents will feel addressed here and will gladly spray it again and again, as the longevity is quite low. But that was to be expected.

Yes, this scent refreshes, is green, but for lily of the valley lovers, like I am, it is definitely not the right choice.
One should clearly decide what exactly they expect.
My choice clearly fell on "Le Muguet"; this fragrance being with the oh-so-long name contains too little of these white bells for me.
Please do not misunderstand: this does not make it a bad fragrance; it just does not meet my expectations.

Initially fresh-sour lily of the valley, later just musk in the drydown, which I don't really like. There are some better muguet scents.

A rosy lily of the valley. Fresh. Unused. Pure. As good as many of the more expensive alternatives. Just with some drawbacks in longevity.

It smells just like the liquid looks. Soft green, fresh, floral - a cheerful lightness in the bottle.

great lily of the valley. unfortunately, it lasts about 10 minutes on me. I use it on my pillow before going to sleep or in the evening after showering.
