Cinnamon bomb: some may like that, I unfortunately don't as much. Still quite enjoyable overall
TLDR: Opens the best out of all the dupes with a blast of citrus which is the most mass appealing, yet carries an overdose of cinnamon that sticks out a bit too much from the soapy fresh backbone. It starts to tingle my nose hairs in a way that is slightly unpleasant yet bearable. I still really like it but just not as much as Imaginary.

Like many others trying to avoid an absurd price tag, I have been on the hunt for a reasonably priced clone of Imagination for years now.
I own the following clones
- "Marwa / مروة | Arabiyat Prestige": it was the closest until I tried the Montagne but is still quite great! A few gripes are that the opening is quite sharp on the citrus-neroli aspect in a piercing kind of way, but that dissipates after a minute or so = not a big deal. Next down side is the performance is noticeably less than the others, about 4-6 hours. Not bad, yet definitely not good.
- Haramain Amber Oud Aqua Dubai but this was a 3mL decant which still allowed me to test it out for a week or so: definitely the loudest, longest lasting of the bunch but diverges from the OG quite early. As you may already know, it is basically pure soap with a fruity melon accord which some people do not enjoy. I liked it, but again I'm after what is most accurate.
- Imaginary: It honestly has the best balance of the 4, having a more modest opening with an alluring black tea musk. very well done, but the downsides here are higher cost per mL, it smells kinda synthetic up close and the performance is only slightly better than Marwa.

Of them all, this has the best opening with candied citruses, but the mid to dry down gets too spicy for me with the cinnamon; it starts to tingle my nose hairs in a bothersome way, likely due to the ambroxan which draws me to compare that feeling to Club de Nuit Intense Man Eau de Toilette; the same way that one tingles my nose due to nose-blinding ambroxan kind of occurs in this one. Am I alone in this comparison? Maybe, but that is the best way I can describe it to you. I try to overlook it but yet that feeling persists. Maybe it will calm down with time, but I'm not holding my breath.

Overall it's really nice, with great longevity and seems like the most "designer" take on it but I just wish it had more of a creamy powdery dry down like the OG. I use it to layer with Imaginary for longevity. Unfortunately, I have already had the pervading thought to sell it as I have been gravitating towards the Montagne. I will have some patience and keep giving it a chance but it's hype/enchantment have quickly faded from my perspective. 8/10

Apart from Interpretation Aspects, really amazing
I bought Hectic a few days ago, not intending to own it as a "Clone/Interpretation" from LV Imagination, but exclusively because I was looking for a summer fragrance. Currently you can buy this fragrance in the Bujairami website, they ship to Germany, but I bought in a website from the UK, with slightly higher price than original website, but in the end was almost the same value, because of the shipping from Australia, at least from the UK is faster to arrive. Generally its quite hard to find it, but not impossible.

Going to the fragrance... It's really good, you can't go wrong with it, it's a summer fresh & elegant fragrance. In the first minutes you get a punch of Citruses (lemon and Bergamot), and it settles down in a beautiful Fresh still Citrusy smell. What I can say to you to help understand the smell, imagine you just left the Sauna from a 5 Stars luxurious hotel Spa, with your bathrobe and feeling refreshed and energized. This is the exact smell. It's amazing.

Safe blind buy in my opinion. I have no idea how is the smell from Imagination tho, but honestly I would say just forget about it, this fragrance on its own is arealdy super great, being close or not to the OG, honestly, doesn't Metter for me much. It's also very long lasting!!

Hope that helps! ;)

My Search is Over
Imagine me sitting at my favorite Italian restaurant, the wine flowing, and I absolutely have to tell you about my latest "Blind Date."
Do you remember my last drama? Back then, the noble Louis Vuitton Imagination faced off against the internet darling Marwa from Arabiyat Prestige.
It felt like a comparison between a tailored tuxedo and a glittering tracksuit from the disco era.
In my opinion, the LV completely overshadowed the Marwa, causing the little Arab to retreat sulkily into his rock-flacon casing.

But now comes the twist in the soap opera, as the Hectic from my favorite Aussie, Bujairami, makes its entrance.
Folks, I'm telling you how it is.
If the Imagination is the super-rich, perfectly groomed yacht owner who smells of pure luxury and fine soap, then the Hectic is his Australian cousin who walks barefoot but exudes the exact same charm.
He’s like a lemon iced tea that tastes so authentically of ginger and black tea that you almost want to take a bite.
In comparison, the Marwa suddenly seems like the cheap soda from the discount store, still okay for the price, but just a bit lacking and synthetic in a direct duel.
What completely blows me away, though, is the longevity.
The LV lasts quite well, but the Hectic clings to my skin like a koala to its favorite eucalyptus tree.
I sprayed it on in the morning, and by the evening at dinner, people at the neighboring table were still asking if I had just come fresh out of a luxury hotel shower.

The sillage is like a top bodyguard, meaning present but not so intrusive that you risk getting banned from the house.
Sure, the flacon design of the Hectic is more… let’s say functional.
It doesn’t exactly scream "I cost half your monthly salary," while the LV, of course, looks like a little altar of decadence on any nightstand.
But here comes my bias as a certified bargain hunter!
When I look at my account, I would see a gaping hole of almost 350 euros after purchasing the OG.
The Hectic costs about as much as a nice dinner for two.
This price-performance ratio just kicks common sense in the butt!

Conclusion: For me, the Imagination still wins the photo finish because it has that last trace of nobler softness.
But the Hectic is so close on its heels that you can feel the Aussie’s breath on your neck.
And the Marwa? He’s sitting on the bench sulking a bit.
If you haven’t just won the lottery, the Hectic is the answer to all your prayers.
Thank you, Bujairami!

We have a winner... the best interpretation so far.
Bujairami Hectic is currently the most convincing and best interpretation of the great LV brother for me.
After trying Marwa - Arabiayat Prestige, Zara Sunrise on the Red Sand Dunes, Al Haramain Aqua Dubai, Game of Spades Full House Joe Milano, and Zimaya Mazaaj, I have to conclude that Bujairami is the "winner."

For a long time, I saw Marwa as the undisputed leader - until Hectic came along. This fragrance manages to achieve the special balance between freshness, elegance, and creamy warmth in an almost perfect harmony - and at a fraction of the original price.

Hectic opens lively, aromatic fresh, and citrusy, without ever coming across as artificial in the slightest. In the heart, it reveals itself softly, creamy, and elegantly luxurious. The base remains soft, warm, and sensual - a wood-musk mix at its best.

What sets it apart is its longevity and sillage. It's incredible how long it reliably stays present on the skin. You perceive it almost non-stop around you.

Simply remarkable what has been achieved here. Bujairami should definitely be on your radar.

"Hectic | Bujairami - The Louis Vuitton Feeling at a Dutch Price"
Hectic starts off slightly more citrusy than Imagination or other interpretations like "Marwa / مروة | Arabiyat Prestige" or Hong Cha Beastmode by Sucess Parfums. While Marwa has a fresh cinnamon note right from the start, Hectic clearly relies more on distinct citrus here. However, we are talking about subtle nuances and just a few minutes before the aligning drydown begins. In the drydown, all the aforementioned fragrances are hardly distinguishable from one another. The longevity and sillage of Hectic are comparatively the weakest.

The Parisian fashion house has presented an olfactory iconography with "Imagination | Louis Vuitton," which has been wonderfully interpreted by Bujairami. Those who love the OG will also love Hectic.

I find the packaging in a green faux-leather look exceptionally well done, while the bottle itself is unremarkable and fails to reach the class of the OG or Marwa.

Alone: the fragrance is relatively hard to buy in Germany. I purchased it through a Dutch shop for around 50 euros. Hectic thus falls into the same price category as Marwa, whose prices have risen sharply after the hype of the last few weeks. The alternative Hong Cha, which is not listed here, is significantly more expensive at 95 euros for 100 ml - which I still believe is worth it.

Another affordable LV Imagination clone. Australian brand. Decent quality. Terrific longevity. Nicer dry down than other dupes I’ve tried.

LV clone with more citrus opening. Longevity is absolutely nuts for a summer fragrance. Projection is alright

A nice daily driver. Inoffensive and versatile, but IMO a quite pedestrian DNA. Atomizer was great, but after 1/3 of use, it's busted.

Absolutely fantastic, it's Imagination but on steroids. More spicy, cinnamon and citrus, every man needs it.

Heavy citrus summer scent, gives LV vibes. Wore it while working at high temperatures and it performed for a good time. For this price top!
