Long lasting fair projecting summer fragrance

I have no idea what gorin is saying he's probably gatekeeping because my 2654 is good smelling, last long, and projects well. All my friends think it smells good but I did find it weird i wasn't smelling any coconut and lime but my friends and my mom said they could smell it a good bit might just be because i don't eat coconuts and lime that often. Some note in it personally gives me a granny vibe I think it's the nutmeg but it also makes it fresher since it resembles mint (nobody i asked said anything about a granny vibe if i can edit my review i will update it to see if they also get that vibe).

10/10 longevity last like 14 hours on me
7/10 projection and sillage pretty nice projects for around 3 hours maybe a little more two of those hours being around arm distance projection.
8.5/10 bottle Very nice looking i think it has a mountain range indent on the bottom some kid at school said it looks like an alcohol glass. The packaging looks cool too.
8.4/10 pricing It's worth it imo last really long and smells sexy.

This is the idea of a great perfume... Executely in the most pathetic and feeble way

It feels like wearing the skeleton of a great perfume... but there's just no substance

I really wanted to love this stuff
The notes sound fantastic, I love the concept of this perfume
But after buying a 5ml sample from an official supplier, and using about half of it in tests

2654 is so aggresively MID
It smells so watered down I can barely even tell it's there
The salty note is itchy, abrasive and irritating to my nose and tongue

I tested similar perfumes using the same compounds and notes, and I am certainly not anosmic to those perfumes.
To test 2654 I sprayed enough on a sticky note to make the entire note wet
And TWELVE sprays over my wrists/neck
(3 times as much as the absolute max I would ever use to test)
My housemates could barely smell anything on me either

The smell is mediocre at best, the sillage is weak, the longevity is decent.
The bottle is very cool, and if this smelled how it was advertised/reviewed I would have instantly bought one

But I've come back to this 4 times now to make sure
This is easily the most disappointed I've been by a perfume
I have no idea why it has such great reviews

If you have Ocean Eyes from Who is Elijah, 2654 is like that.
Lightly fruit-flavoured water.

After hearing on Fragrantica that the owner is paying for positive reviews, I am very suspicious

4/10 overall.
