Spicy, intense blend
Happyland Bad Time Charlie is one of the more recent and provocative releases, a spicy, sharp, herbal mix with some fresh overtones but an interesting headiness. It’s a robust blend of saffron and pepper in front, as the note listing suggests, with florals, resins, and a pinch of neroli, keeping it slightly fresh. It’s among the most intense offerings in the entire catalogue, in my opinion, and it’s an interesting offering that I liken most to Inlandish, another spicy offering, still with the great Happyland pricing of $57/44 for 50/30ml and superb performance.
