The somewhat different "Rose-Oud"
At the moment I'm fed up with Ensar releases that are too similar. They are of high quality and impress me with their style, but the latest releases somehow seem too identical to me: creamy, tropical, fruity and so on. That's exactly why I wanted to look around a bit more and focus on brands that don't push fomo marketing. That's how I ended up at Jinx and today I want to tell you about one of the great fragrances from their range.
The Aurelius Road looks like an antique wooden powder box to me. I open the box and am greeted by a veritable cloud of powder. You could also imagine a few fruit juices still sticking to your hands. After a while, a bouquet of flowers comes under my nose, which is already wonderfully accompanied by the ouds. The rest of the fragrance then becomes beautifully buttery and somehow feels like iris butter or something similar.
In summary, this fragrance, or this brand, is something different and cheaper compared to Ensar. For me, it's also a successful interpretation of "rose oud".
Thanks again to Maria for the sample
