I’ve never smelled anything quite like Bete Humaine. I found myself going back over and over to try and figure out just what the hell I was smelling. At first, I thought I smelled coffee, but then I realized it was the combo of hazelnut, wood, and cypriol. The scent profile is warm and I think it is best suited to the colder months. I personally love this scent, but I could see it being very polarizing, like Black Afgano by Nasomatto. I don’t think this is a safe blind buy, but it is worth getting a sample of.

This is a very airy fragrance and which I think is mainly due to the strong Lychee top note. It’s very inoffensive and clean smelling. I love the creamy woody base and think it compliments the floral and fruity middle/top notes so well. This would be safe for all seasons, especially warm weather. Overall, this is a wonderful and safe freshy choice suited to pretty much any occasion.

I love the bergamot and rhubarb in the opening of Delina. Its a unique smell and my favorite part of the perfume. The dry down isn’t as good to me, mainly because I lose some of the bergamot and rhubarb mix which smells so great. Overall, I think the hype around this fragrance is justified. I prefer this to the Rose edition.

This scent smells great right from the opening and stays that way. I was totally surprised how well the rose and coffee accords blend together. The vanilla accord completes the heavenly trinity of scents that keep me coming back for more and more sniffs throughout the day. If you like Rose flavored lattes, you will love this scent. I will say this perfume leans heavily on the female side, but I would still rock this as a man.

The rose and cardamom mix in Spice Must Flow smells delicious and the fragrance is further enhanced by the background base note of incense smoke. It’s a wonderful and simple recipe that does evoke images of Arrakis and Dune. This is the first scent I’ve tried from this house, and it certainly entices me to try more.
