Love at the Second Test
I bought the fragrance blind based on the scent pyramid. Based on the name, I expected a cardboard sweet Montale (I love sweet and heavy scents). Admittedly, the name is a bit misleading. The scent has a light round sweetness for me, definitely not cardboard sweet or candy-like. I would even say it has a sensual sweetness. A bit mainstream (I detect a similarity to Lancome Miracle), but that's not a bad thing; on the contrary, I find everything here very rounded. It is by no means intrusive yet still present. Just right (for those who prefer something a bit casual). It can also be worn perfectly in everyday life or at the office. For me, it does not smell at all like toilet spray (how different tastes can be... haha). I can smell a light rose even though there isn't one in it, a beautiful rose. Light, not too sweet, and yet somehow sensual. Slightly powdery. That must be the frangipani. I like it a lot! After about half an hour, it becomes a bit
powdery (very slightly, the floral notes clearly dominate here). And from that point on, I find the scent really beautiful. If you like floral, slightly powdery fragrances, this is just right for you. I am glad to have this in my collection
I would categorize this scent as a feel-good fragrance. Sensual, lightly sweet. Feminine above all.
I also always spray fragrances in my hair; for me, that's one of the best scent carriers.
I have to keep smelling it again and again :-)
If you like Lancome Miracle, you will like this one too. Best to test it yourself
Sillage/Projection I would describe as good, not beast mode, but just right for everyday wear, a feel-good evening, or for work.
Edit: The shirt I wore this morning while testing still smells strongly of the fragrance :-)

Loukhoum...
the name says it all :-)
How long have I been waiting for this scent, and now I can finally call it "mine." I ordered a larger bottle from a lovely Parfumo (which, by the way, is almost used up ;-) and I must say this clearly shows how much I love this fragrance.
Loukhoum starts for me immediately with the heart note, predominantly almond. The scent doesn't take on a significant evolution for me. After a while, a light hint of vanilla joins in, but ultimately I smell like almonds for hours. Sweet, delicious, and slightly airy. I would describe this scent as sweet, but not overly sweet. It is just right for me. Heavy, warm, sensual. The longevity is good - very good for me, and the sillage is also good. Every time I spray this scent, a feeling of well-being washes over me. I simply feel flattered in this fragrance. For me, an absolute gourmand.
For every almond fan, this scent is definitely a "must-have" :-)
My conclusion on this wonderful scent:
-Longevity for me is good-very good, still on the clothes the next day
-Sillage good
-Smells deliciously of almonds
-Feel-good scent
-Sweet, warm, heavy, and sensual
-Would I buy it again :-)

The most expensive fragrance tested so far...
First of all, a big thank you to Odeur23 for the sample :-)
I can't describe this fragrance. It's a very nice, fine, yet strong and noticeable scent. It reminds me of a fragrance (the name of which I can't recall right now, but if it comes to me, I will write it here. Maybe it's a cheaper alternative). It smells slightly fruity, slightly floral, slightly sensual, simply undefinable. For me, the floral notes come through more. You can tell it's expensive ;-)
I imagine this fragrance on a lady wearing a fur coat and Cartier jewelry :-).
If I could treat myself to this fragrance, I would definitely wear it on special occasions. Because the scent is something truly special.
My conclusion:
Fine and beautiful
Sensual and floral
Enveloping
Very well noticeable
Longevity on the skin is excellent
The only downside for me is THE PRICE :-(

Powder in its most annoying form...
First of all, thank you very much for the tip: Profumum Roma (I was looking for heavy, intense, and long-lasting fragrances, and I will now test the entire series :-)
I'm sitting in the office, wearing this scent right now, and I'm on the verge of suffocating. Good thing I'm alone :-) This perfume is HEAVY powdery, almost piercingly powdery. I've been perceiving it continuously for 8 hours. For me, this scent in this composition is unbearable :-( Those who enjoy heavy powdery fragrances should not miss this one.
My conclusion:
Very long-lasting
Heavy powdery
Perceptible for hours on clothing (even from oneself)
For powder fans a "must" :-)
Addendum 29.05.2011:
When I took my freshly washed shirt out of the closet today, I could still perceive the scent, oh dear "I am being followed"

Very Sporty
Thanks to Awin4me for the sample :-)
My husband tested the scent today. The fragrance is delicious, fresh, and a bit spicy at the same time. Unfortunately, this Chanel variant is very sporty/quick and poof, it was gone after a short time :-(
Conclusion: I would buy the Allure Homme again anytime, but this one doesn't measure up in our eyes.
