If make-up powder was a perfume...
I discovered this perfume last week, when I went to my local perfume boutique and asked for the most powdery perfume, something that practically smells like make-up powder.
It's safe to say that the employee hit the nail on the head when he showed me this one. Instantly got that vintage make-up feeling, very dusty, elegant and sophisticated iris. Contrary to its name, this perfume's quite long lasting and powerful in terms of projection. In fact, I got to keep a dabber that was only sprayed once, and, to this day, I can still smell it filling the air of my room.
It smells like the most high-quality, powdery iris you can find. I also get a hint of roses, but they are quite distant and don't take away from the main character. A master-piece perfume. It's quite strong so I would be cautious with over-spraying this one, and would reserve it for special occasions.
