Erba Pura but more feminine, creamier, more pleasant
Very nice, fruity, creamy fragrance. Of course, it is similar to Erba Pura, but I find that Erba Gold is much more wearable. It is not so pungent on the nose, less intrusive. I think the mango/passionfruit note is definitely in the foreground. Pear and wood come to the fore a little later. It is beautifully soft, creamy and in my opinion (if you like sweet fragrances) even suitable for blind buying. H/S are similar to its brother, with 2-3 sprays you can still smell it at the end of the day. Even if the bottle is no longer velvet, I still think the design is beautiful. If you like sweet, fruity, slightly feminine fragrances, I can only recommend Erba Gold.

Best gourmand fragrance, a masterpiece
The best gourmand fragrance I know. I can't remember the last time I liked a perfume so much. The cognac note in the opening is heavenly, not too overpowering, a perfect blend of sweet and spicy. Love how the Angels Share is still very boozy in the drydown, although cinnamon and the rest of the notes then come out too. Although the fragrance notes don't include apple, I, as well as many others, find that Angels Share starts to smell like freshly baked apple strudel after a while. It smells so inviting and delicious, impossible not to sniff it all the time. As for the sillage; on my skin it's on the borderline of a "beast mode" perfume. Even after about 5 hours, my girlfriend says she gets it in her nose every now and then. The longevity is incredible, you can still smell it on your skin the next morning. Finally, I have to praise the bottle. It's beautiful, classy and even if the cap is made of plastic, the fragrance is still a 10/10 overall.

Favorite summer fragrance
As mentioned in the title, 40 Knots is not only my Xerjoff favorite, but also my favorite summer fragrance. It is elegant, pleasant and I find the mixture of honey and soapy salt water an absolute dream. H/S are also, as usual from Xerjoff, outstanding.
After half an hour, the aquatic opening becomes a warm mixture of honey, salt water and wood. Indescribable but heavenly. It smells luxurious, elegant and simply outstanding.

Fragrance 10/10
One of the best-smelling designers I've ever had. Sweet but not overpowering, wonderful grapefruit opening, after a few minutes the tobacco comes in, just heavenly. H/S are, however, as many others have already mentioned, very mediocre. The fragrance seems to be gone on my skin after 1-2 hours (with normal sprays: 4-5). Therefore, it is perhaps well suited as an intimate or date fragrance. For the price, however, it is still one of my favorite fragrances.

Good fragrance, but unfortunately not mine...
First of all, the sillage and durability of the fragrance are really good for the price. It lasts around 7-8 hours on my skin, the first 2 hours of which it projects strongly. It smells really good on my colleagues, but unfortunately it is a bit too sweet on my skin. A bit overpowering and synthetic, hence this review.
