awsome
"Radiant Magnolia | Narciso Rodriguez is simply *awesome*! I have my absolute favorite Narciso fragrance (Pure Musc), but Radiant Magnolia could actually take the throne. The new fragrance from the Les Transparences Collection (what a great name, even if it doesn't quite match the scents - they're just too intense for that) is right up my street. After the first spray, I immediately had the image of a wooden bowl full of water with lemon slices, pieces of ginger and magnolia blossoms in my mind's eye. Fresh, tangy citrus aroma with a hefty dose of ginger (I love it!) and a good dose of magnolia - that's how this fragrance greets you. Hachz. So cheerful and friendly, so full of joie de vivre, it comes across from the very first moment.
Unfortunately, this great top note doesn't last too long. After a few minutes, the heart note unfolds. Sweet due to the magnolia, but at the same time green, slightly aquatic and tart - this gives the fragrance a very special twist. Rose tends to remain in the background, with the typical Narciso musk dominating instead. The heart note remains very present until the fragrance gradually fades out on the skin in a soft musky-woody way. Tonka bean is at most an accessory, and I can't detect osmanthus at all. Nevertheless, or perhaps precisely because of this, I think it's great. A fragrance that certainly comes into its own in spring or summer.
I would buy it immediately - if it weren't for the outrageous price. Unfortunately, the fragrance doesn't last long enough. But still - test it and feel it.
P.S.: Wild Tuberose, on the other hand, is unfortunately an absolute flop...

like the breeze of the early morning
How many more musky clean scents do you need? Nicole: Yes...

Endless Love the other day, I must now also give my opinion on
Aurora. I also really like Aurora, almost even better than Endless Love.
The first spray is like the rising sun, like the first breath of early morning that spreads over the valleys and heights. Wonderfully fresh.
A bite into a sour apple; tangy-fresh, slightly synthetic with a hint of citrus. This impression only lingers for a short time.
Then the fragrance changes as the sun reclaims the day from the night, its warmth spreads and the flowers open their buds to absorb the warmth.
The delicate floral splendor smells wonderful: fresh peonies, minimal lily of the valley (thankfully only minimal), all puffed on a soft musky fluff.
The spring day is not too warm, it stays a little fresher. This is also the effect of the fragrance: a few sweet, fresh flowers, and delicate woods flow into the composition in the base, allowing it to fade out calmly. Like a spring day that is once again enveloped by the night.
A really pretty, affordable floral-fresh clean fragrance that makes you look very well-groomed. The price is great, but unfortunately not the longevity. The bottle is pretty, and you certainly can't go wrong with Aurora for everyday wear. Wearable for all ages and never out of place. Unobtrusive, discreet, fresh, well-groomed. What more could you want?
I don't know if it'll be a permanent fixture, maybe, but first I'll use up the bottling and maybe it will make it into my collection after all.

a tête-à-tête
Endless love - who wouldn't want that? Endless love, full of tenderness, trust and affection. Well, I certainly do. The name of this Angel Caller fragrance already suggested that I would like this scent. I'm already a bit of a romantic.
However, my expectations were not very high; Engelsrufer is not necessarily a fragrance house associated with high-quality creations. It took a long time before I finally had it under my nose.
And what can I say? Endless Love is beautiful! Maybe it's not endless love, but it's certainly a tête-à-tête. The fragrance starts out delicate, feminine and tender.
Freesia and iris milk conjure up bright nuances, while jasmine tea and amber musk harmonize magnificently. It remains wonderfully soft and creamy throughout, cuddly, incredibly flattering and is a fragrance that you can spray on without much thought, regardless of the occasion. For me, jasmine tea is not the dominant note; I notice more freesia and iris milk, and of course musk.
A fragrance that I like. It is only minimally powdery. For me, it feels more like a floral, rich body cream. And you know, kitty loves that!
The bottle is a matter of taste. I find it a bit bulky, but nice to look at. The price is a hit. You get a high-quality floral cream fragrance.

Clear, bright, fresh, green, brittle, refreshing
Chloé's Atelier des Fleurs range is a wonderful collection of clean, straightforward fragrances that seem to come straight from nature. Nature is a precious source of scents. To my nose, there is nothing more beautiful than nature. Capturing this is an art, and it is precisely this art that can be found in Herba Mimosa.
Clear, bright, fresh, green, brittle, refreshing....
like a mountain stream whose water ripples over mossy stones;
like green, freshly cut flowers;
like a freshly blossomed mimosa flower exuding its fragrance.
All this makes me smile and gives me bliss. Pure nature.
The fragrance begins with a fresh breeze, which is refreshingly green and tart on warm days and then becomes more tender as the mimosa blossoms into full bloom. It then ends on a pleasantly woody, bright and clear note. Herba Mimosa has a very aromatic and natural effect on me. The green gives the impression of freshly cut flowers, and the mimosa is unsweet and fresh. The green blends wonderfully with the delicate scent of the woody-soft base.
A superbly crafted perfume that unfortunately lingers far too briefly.
The price is incredibly expensive. However, the Atelier des Fleurs range scores points with the beautiful groove design of the bottles. In my opinion, however, this does not make up for the price. There are cheaper alternatives. I prefer to use my
Truth Eau de Parfum, which doesn't have this beautiful mimosa, but still has a similar character.
Despite the price, a fantastic fragrance that is definitely worth testing.

not at all mimosa-like
The mimosa is a very interesting flower. Apart from the fact that it reacts sensitively to touch, vibration and temperature and noticeably moves away from them, it also has a very special fragrance. The mimosa absolute has a light touch of iris, is slightly honey-like and you could also detect minimal aniseed, which I personally don't smell directly. You could also detect vanilla or heliotrope in the background. I think that's quite a lot of impressions for such a frightful flower. I like the mimosa. I like to smell it, which is why I test a lot of fragrances that contain even a hint of mimosa.
This is also the case with the new Reminiscence fragrance. Its predecessor has already been discontinued (for whatever reason) without me being able to test it. Sous un Mimosa is great.
Yes, I like it very much. Admittedly, it's very delicate, fairy-like and elfin. Not because of its sweetness, but because it is so delicate. The top note is a little alcoholic at first, but this fades quickly. Then I immediately smell plenty of mimosa and something spicy and delicately powdery. My nose is already familiar with hawthorn from
Beige Eau de Parfum, and I really like it here too. Delicate green tones resonate, but do not play a leading role here. In contrast, you can smell delicate woods, delicate flowers and a well-measured drop of vanilla. It is beautiful, aurally caressing, lulling. Never too much and beautifully subtle. It reminds me a little of
Bottega Veneta Essence Aromatique.
I would classify Sous un Mimosa as unisex, as it is sweet, fine and delicate, but at the same time spicy, herbaceous and woody. A calm and unchallenging companion for the whole year.
