"What an awesome scent," I thought to myself when I first smelled Dior Homme Intense.
I immediately fell in love with this composition.
This is the heavy fragrance of a confident businessman.
The scent of a doer. Of a man who knows what he wants. No compromises.
Dior has created something really great. A fragrance for eternity. Timelessly beautiful.
I can not smell out the individual components. I don't need to. I enjoy the result.
The fragrance is warm and cool at the same time. Warm in smell and cool in elegance.
This is not a fragrance for Ed Sheeran. This is a fragrance for Tom Hardy or Daniel Craig.
I will still try the various flankers as well. But the Intense has already set the bar quite high.

My very first Join the Club by Xerjoff I got 2nd hand.
In the 50ml are still about 20 in it.
So a good amount to get to know and love the fragrance.
He starts very spicy and reminds me strongly of l'homme ideal of Guerlain. Only the cherry is missing in my opinion. And the whole thing is somehow rounder, finer, more tender than the LHI.
Do I smell there still cinnamon or sandalwood? Vanilla? I don't know. Without a fragrance pyramid, I'm pretty much at a loss.
The composition seems in any case very noble and thoughtfully composed.
I will wear the fragrance in autumn and spring.
For the summer it is too sweet and for the winter too fruity.
I am in any case happy to have got hold of a bottle.
Who likes l'homme Ideale, will love the Ivory Route.

For me in this form and composition unacceptable.
The start let me already guess in which direction this goes.
It smells like burnt car tires and old clothes (socks?).
The saffron is bursting in an overdose bomb over the oud. This does not change much for the first 3 hours.
Then wirds more pleasant. But for me still not portable.
Until now, I had no reactions from work colleagues. Neither positive nor negative. But I think that this is not a komplimente macher.

One of the fragrances, which are also extremely hyped is this one.
Ani is a very well made fragrance.
Like a natural lemon vanilla cake comes to me the whole thing here. Which I find the lemon to be a nuisance. It gives me the feeling to have eaten too much of the cake. A kind of nausea feeling.
Actually, too bad. I like it much much better in the drydown than I did at first.
For me, the fragrance is so unfortunately not portable.
