Happy in Bloom simply makes you happy
I swapped this fragrance blindly and what can I say, I am HAPPY! It is the ultimate spring scent and yes, it really does make you happy. It starts fruity (thankfully without berries), citrusy, and even though it's not listed, just slightly aquatic. This top note actually lasts throughout most of the fragrance's development. The yellow plums are also wonderfully detectable. Then, as is typical in spring, the flowers start to emerge from the ground. However, they are totally sweet and not overwhelming (as can often be the case with lily of the valley).
It truly smells unique (good) and for a spring fragrance in this price range, it lasts really long.

This is not a scent for the office or for the evening... this fragrance would rather suit a cozy day strolling through the city, a trip to the ice cream parlor, or a day in the park with family.
It is a romantic scent, playful, sweet, nice, puts you in a positive mood and lifts your spirits, simply makes you happy. And don't worry, it is by no means too girly. More for the age of 25 and up.

It Doesn't Get Greener!
Whether my comment is helpful, I don't know. I actually like green scents, influenced by my mother, who would prefer to rub herself with freshly picked herbs (she is a pharmacist). Grass is a fragrance that truly smells like freshly cut grass, green-green-green, juicy fresh. However, the problem is that my skin chemistry somehow ruins the scent. Test on a cotton pad: I was blown away, simply dreamy. Test on the skin: The scent somehow becomes,...I don't know... As if the spindle of the lawn mower is stuck because the grass hasn't been mowed for too long, and now you have to clean out the good part at the bottom to keep mowing. I don't even dare to write,...somehow musty. I now associate the scent with tedious gardening work: UNFORTUNATELY! On the cotton pad, it was amazing,...I'm going to peel my skin off,...maybe then I can wear it. Therefore, the rating is out.

Animalistic....
I couldn't resist and got the fragrance because it was so cheap and I didn't have anything like it in my collection. The first impression from the test strip was quite nice. I only saw the fragrance pyramid afterwards and now I'm wondering, is THIS the same scent?
Definitely no peach and rose detectable, not even a hint,...
Applied to the skin, the shock was total. What hit me was earthy, somehow dirty. Paired with musk, the nastiest kind, animalistic and like someone who hasn't showered. The whole scent corresponds to the odor that would come after 3 weeks in a jungle camp without a shower - I haven't tried the camp, but that's how I imagine it,...
Muddy, earthy, animalistic, musty...

Absolutely the biggest mistake purchase of all time. Either it's my skin, or the fragrance is just crap.
I want to smell clean and well-groomed, not dirty!

I'm Not Into Berries
I was able to test Jil Sensual today. A bitter disappointment! At first, it smells like Jil Sander Jil (which I love above all), actually quite good, but muuuuch weaker. Then, about half an hour later, the good Jil scent has vanished and what remains of Sensual is berry jam and something leather-like.
For me, absolutely not worth buying, as it is too fleeting and the berries do not fit at all with the rest of the fragrance.

Jil Sensual is basically: Jil heavily diluted and filled with berry syrup.

What a shame, I actually love Jil Sander fragrances,...

Lang Lang is here
I had the fragrance in my late teenage years, paradise for me back then, but today I steer clear of it. At first, it’s a little plastic apple (like the decorative fruit bowls from furniture stores), which couldn’t be more synthetic. Combined with vanilla (Are there plastic vanilla pods too?) I hardly find any flowers, they were crushed by the apple,... Cinnamon, yes, maybe with a bit of imagination. If it didn’t say Joop on it, I would have thought the scent came from a Barbie doll beauty case,...

Who knows why I liked it so much back then,...

Today, it’s a NO-GO,...
