Turkish Aventus DNA
It is probably the 231832nd fragrance on the market that draws from the scent DNA "Aventus | Creed." Absolutely unremarkable and boring. No special opening, no notable development in the drydown.

Nishane has, of course, produced an excellent quality here with great longevity and sillage. But this worn-out scent DNA is simply not something I expect from a niche manufacturer. This fragrance has no individuality and no imagination.

50 Shades of Jo
The color of the bottle already hints at what awaits you here. A mysterious, dark, seductive scent. Very fragrant. Not too intrusive. It has the right degree of sex appeal for evening occasions.

It is sweet, but not too sweet. It is noticeable to those around you, but not overwhelming. It is reserved, but not shy. A beautiful composition of tonka, almond, and incense.

The opening is loud, with incense and tonka definitely in the foreground. In the drydown, almond becomes noticeable. It doesn’t have a particularly spectacular development, but is still unique.

Definitely a unisex fragrance, but really very well suited for all genders. Neither too feminine nor too masculine.

6.3 Liters V8
This fragrance has torque. It has power. Everyone in the vicinity notices it. The comparison to an old AMG naturally aspirated engine seems metaphorically fitting here.

At first, I couldn't quite picture the scent based on the fragrance pyramid. Therefore, I expected it to be somewhat synthetic. When it finally arrived at home, I sprayed a tester on my wrist.

WOW! What a refreshing (not overused) scent DNA to experience again! Fresh, woody, spicy. Admittedly, at first, I had the impression that it might remind me a bit of a luxury version of "Bruno Banani Man (Eau de Toilette) | Bruno Banani." But only briefly. The fragrance is simply totally polarizing; I couldn't stop sniffing my wrist. Even after showering, I could still perceive it.

Of course, I read the statements and reviews here before purchasing, and I could now better understand some of the comments. Someone wrote that it has "medicinal vibes" or "hospital vibes." Okay, I get that; I had that impression briefly too. But it could just as well be a freshly cleaned home, perhaps even a basket of fresh laundry. In general, I find the description of the fragrance challenging because it unfolds and develops so beautifully.
Another great characteristic is its universal applicability. Office, date, gym - all suitable. It adapts to every situation. I also claim that it is great to wear in any season.

As for longevity and sillage, I'll keep it short: insane. Just insane.

I never thought I would formulate myself this way, but it’s fun to wear this fragrance. I've spent 2 days trying to wrap my head around it and categorize it.

So my conclusion: one of the most interesting and wonderful fragrances I have ever smelled. Unfortunately discovered far too late.

why niche is niche
this fragrance is the positive example of why we distinguish between drugstore scents, designer fragrances, and niche perfumes. It illustrates how complex, how refined, how special 100ml of water can be mixed.

You experience this time and again. You buy a scent that you love and keep sniffing the bottle or your wrist throughout the day. But with this one... You just can't get enough.

This raspberry, slightly leathery, dark, and mysterious aura that this fragrance exudes is addictive. It remains quite constant in its composition; I don't get the impression that it changes much in the drydown.

Saffron, raspberry, and leather are clearly the driving force behind this scent. I also believe that the other fragrance notes are hardly noticeable; it's as if they might be present, but only in very subtle nuances to make the fragrance as refined as it is.

Sexy Raspberry
I first smelled Angels' Share Paradis and found the raspberry note so amazing. I thought to myself: "how great it would be if the typical Angels' Share scent were a bit quieter and the raspberry a bit louder."

Two months later, I stumbled upon Sequoia. I had already had quite good experiences with French Avenue in the past and knew that a blind buy would certainly be okay (especially for the price).

In my perception, it smells right from the start like Angels' Share Paradis in the drydown. The raspberry fits perfectly with the entire Angels' Share composition, creating an even more seductive character than the originals. You practically carry a boozy raspberry chocolate cognac cloud with you. Definitely a scent for evening occasions or romantic encounters. Not suitable for the office.

I find it leans slightly masculine, but can certainly be worn well by both genders.

Unlike some others, I wouldn't say it's a winter scent. It's simply suitable for darker times of the day, but not necessarily for cold weather.

Anyone who has this scent here doesn't need the original.
