As a huge tennis fan, I thought to myself: If Torino21 is an absolute banger for the really hot summer days, then Torino25 must be the perfect scent for the cooler seasons. So I quickly ordered 4 ml from the Souk - mail delivery, easy, what could possibly go wrong?

Well.

The envelope arrived, looking like Djokovic had used it as a headband during a five-set match: completely faded. I opened it and unfortunately had to find out - the sprayer was broken. Within seconds, the whole apartment smelled like pure rhubarb serve-and-volley. My wife stood in the hallway, looking at me like a referee just before a warning: “Seriously? Another perfume?”

I then banished the faded envelope to the balcony - and no joke: That was the best balcony scent of my life. For two weeks now, our outdoor area has smelled like a luxurious rhubarb spa. No idea what the neighbors think. They’re probably wondering if we’re secretly cooking compote or have started a designer candle production.

After an extensive balcony test and several applications on the skin (ordered the Torino set from Xerjoff), I am very enthusiastic. The rhubarb is quite strong at first - but not in the sense of “too much,” rather in the sense of “fresh, cheeky, awake.” It harmoniously softens and makes way for a really beautiful suede that wraps warmly around the skin when paired with amber. Perfect for autumn and the slightly warmer winter days. These leather notes… absolutely my match point.

Conclusion: Something special for everyday life - warm, elegant, distinctive. And honestly: If Torino21 is my summer topspin, then Torino25 is my precise autumn slice. One of those scents you apply at the crucial moment - and clearly get the break. The 15ml bottle has now joined my collection.

I ordered Uden in a sample kit from Xerjoff (4x2ml). I chose it because I love citrusy fresh scents and found the paired heart and base notes intriguing. As soon as I received it, I tested it on the packaging, and my wife and I were blown away by the truly clear and high-quality citrus accord. I decided to test it on my skin the next day during dinner with my in-laws, followed by a visit to a variety show. The 12-minute car ride was summery fresh, but then came the big turnaround.

In my opinion, Uden is misclassified on Parfumo. Sure, the scent is citrusy fresh, but it is largely dominated by a sweet creaminess. Whether it’s because many people don’t test it sufficiently or don’t want to understand the scent development, I can’t say. Despite the misleading classification, Uden is an absolute masterpiece! The composition is like a symphony. I have never smelled such a perfectly balanced composition.

Uden is perfect as an all-year-round office and everyday scent, as it acts rather close to the skin, is perceptible all day long, and has no rough edges. It definitely appeals to every nose. However, anyone looking for a polarizing, eye-catching scent is looking in the wrong place with Uden.

When used correctly, Uden is a must-have in the collection. I am very much looking forward to testing the remaining sample in the office and collecting compliments.

My recommendation is that you should definitely test Uden if you are looking for a perfectly balanced people pleaser that impresses even itself. I wish you lots of fun while sniffing!

The scent that always transports me back to summer vacation in Mallorca. Spending the day basking in the sun by the pool, sipping two Estrellas, fresh shower, and then off to the restaurant at sunset. The top note opens very citrusy, yet has a certain depth and wraps warmly around you. Very refreshing after a hot day. I gladly recommend 5-6 sprays and a bit of help with moisturized skin. Unfortunately, the scent doesn't last too long, but that's fair given the price. I recommend everyone to make a stop at one of the numerous shops and test the fragrances. There are also good shower gels available. Enjoy sniffing and smelling fantastic!

Harry Lehmann has tradition in Berlin and is definitely worth a visit! The advice and the atmosphere of the shop are top-notch!

New York opens with a beautiful citrus freshness and immediately makes you eager for the day. I especially like the mint. Unfortunately, the top note doesn't last very long. The scent quickly develops into a soapy fragrance that reminds me of my father's shaving foam. For me, it's a summery feel-good scent. The longevity is rather weak, which makes it suitable for sports activities or for applying after shaving. That's how I prefer to use it. Unfortunately, the bottle isn't really high-quality, which I find a bit disappointing. However, the price speaks in favor of the perfume - super fair.

If you ever find yourself in Berlin - definitely make a stop at Harry Lehmann in Charlottenburg. Even the presentation of the fragrances and the friendly advice make it an experience.

My first encounter with Acqua di Sale was in my first niche perfume store that I entered. I was looking for my first niche fragrance, away from the crowd. After countless perfumes in my nose (definitely too many to make a reasonable purchasing decision), a young man came into the store with the determined question: “Do you have Acqua di Sale?”. That piqued my curiosity - I would like to be that focused in my selection as well. I didn’t test the fragrance on-site anymore. The question of how the scent might smell didn’t leave my mind, however. Now I have ordered it through the Souk as a sharing and I am unsure what to say.

My first impression:
Wow, this is how the young man from the store now smells on his vacation. The scent is very unique and different from all the fragrances I have smelled so far. It opens strongly and almost biting. It reminds me of a dental cleaning.
Once the top note fades and the cedarwood comes in, it becomes more pleasant for my nose. I have been wearing it for 4 hours now and can clearly perceive it on my wrist. I will test the remaining 2ml with some distance in the future.

My conclusion (after two tests):
I don’t think I will be adding it as a bottle to my collection. However, I do know that I want to test more fragrances from Profumum Roma. The scent finds its best application in summer in warm temperatures.

My recommendation:
Participate in a sharing through the Souk and make your own judgment. Tastes are fortunately very different and maybe it will appeal to you and find a place in your collection. Enjoy sniffing!
