On paper I love this scent I get the coconut and Jasmine as well as some of the sandalwood. On my skin it's a completely different fragrance. I get no florals, or coconut at all. What I get is a strong sandalwood. Typically I'm fine with sandalwood and even appreciate the creaminess that it adds but when it is too overpowering it gives me a bit of a light urine or barnyard kind of scent (I can't think of another description - sorry!) and the other notes are trying to mask that odor. I'll play with it and see if it can be layered with something else to cut some of that sandalwood. I will add, Santal 33 also does not work for me although I liked that one better. I think it's just the chemistry with my skin that makes it a big no for me. The first JHAG that I have tried so far that I didn't like.

This is an in your face fragrance as soon as you spritz. The longevity is through the roof. It's a good smell, but it's got a lot of issues in my opinion. It's like a bomb of fragrance where all the notes mix together and it's hard to pinpoint any one note. I get the bright citrus blast, a little peach and then it's just florals on me. The sweetness of the fruits disappears within minutes. It also smells synthetic and I kept trying to figure out what it reminded me of and then I thought of the scent beads you add in the dryer to add long-lasting fragrance to the laundry - that's what it reminds me of. It's powerful and if over sprayed could be headache-inducing. Luckily I just sprayed once on my wrist, but it lasted over 12 hours

Fresh and airy. I feel the pear, pepper, lily, and rose are evenly balanced. I can smell them all without any one being overpowering. It starts off fruity with the pear and bergamot and settles more into a white floral scent. I had no idea what the popcorn would smell like, but I can make it out a little bit. I don't think there is anything unique about this scent, it's just a pretty floral with a touch of sweetness. It can be worn daily or in an office without being offensive. I don't think you have to be careful with over spraying as it sticks close to the skin.

I have a love hate relationship with it. It has a very strong rose scent and it is balanced with a strong woodsy scent. These two scents contrast each other, creating this sensual duality. I tend to not like rose scents unless they are in the background which this is not, but this is such a deep rose that if I close my eyes it smells as if I was smelling a real rose. This is why I love and hate it because it's a very pretty rose and then the woody notes are just so good. They dance back and forth not letting one overtake the other. I keep being seduced by it and wanting to come back to it. I have been very impressed with Commodity fragrances and I'm glad they have come back after shutting down for a few years. There isn't one scent from this house that I hate, just some that I like more than others

I find this to be good on its own but even better for layering. It does have a bright, sparkling scent when first applied and then I get the Ambroxan and Musk with a touch of white floral which I believe is Iris. It can be a little metallic. This is one that I go back and forth with and I have found to like it more when I mix it with other scents that I find are too floral and strong for me. I did notice it makes scents last longer when combined. You will probably enjoy this one if you like Juliette Has A Gun Not A Perfume.
