Beautiful, creamy, lightly refreshing tea scent. At first spray, the bergamot and lemon are fresh but not harsh, with a hint of tea. As it dries down, the tea is softened and spiced, with the cardamom, ginger and milk notes coming through. I can see this really shining in the summer as a summer gourmand.

This one didn't click for me at first. There was something a little synthetic in it, but after a couple of wears I fell in love. Great for days when I want something that is sweet, fluffy, and a safe wear. Not overpowering, and layers well with caramel or vanilla scents. Sillage and longevity are good but not overwhelming.

One of the men I work with smelled this on me and asked what it was called because he wanted to buy a bottle for his wife. A real compliment getter, especially in the summer.

This scent reminds me of the smell of your skin after you've been for a dip in the ocean and then dried off in the sun. Warm weather fave for sure!

I am in love with this scent, and I honestly have not smelled anything like it. It is a very fluffy, airy scent, like steam rising off a bathtub. If you asked me to imagine what the colour white smells like, this is very close to what I would imagine.

This is beautiful on both clothes and on skin, though personally I tend to spray it on my clothes. A very clean, comforting scent, but not a traditional laundry detergent scent. It's like what I wish my clothes would smell like when they're freshly washed.

To be honest, the notes of this perfume did not sound particularly appealing to me. The concept, however, did. I think Zoologist is such a fun house, so when I had the opportunity to sample some in person I was super excited.

Squid did not immediately jump off the test strip to me, but I had the opportunity to get some free samples with my purchase, so I wanted to see what the hype was about. And boy am I glad I did.

Squid is a beautiful, deep scent that is truly evocative of the ocean depths. Slightly smoky, slightly aquatic, almost a little gourmand. Definitely not a safe blind buy, but super unique and fascinating. Would highly recommend sampling.
