A Tribute to the Joy of Life: The New Eau de Parfum "Carioca Heart" by Jusbox

With "Carioca Heart", Italian fragrance brand Jusbox aims to capture the energy and devotion of Brazilian bossa nova in a unisex composition.

The nights vibrate with a warm, intimate rhythm in the legendary clubs of Beco das Garrafas, where a new musical revolution takes shape and enlivens every alley of Copacabana. It is the birth of bossa nova. Not only new harmonies, but an attitude, a way of being in which melancholy is beauty and life.

The fragrance melody begins with lively chords of primofiore lemon oil, which merge with the exotic facets of a pineapple-mango duo. In the heart, the floral presence of peony unfolds, enveloped by sandalwood and rum absolute. A sensual duet of vanilla, labdanum, operanide and ambroxan resounds in the background.

"Carioca Heart" pays tribute to the gentle, rhythmic melodies of Bossa Nova, a Brazilian musical genre and dance style. The bottle is designed to reflect the colors, harmonies and movements of the characteristic dance.

The fragrance was created by master perfumer Julien Rasquinet.

Jusbox is the work of siblings Andrea and Chiara Valdo, known under the name of their creative agency 'V-Monkeys'. What makes the fragrance label Jusbox, founded in 2016, stand out from other brands is the deep-rooted connection between music and perfume. The siblings recognized numerous parallels between music and fragrances, which they wanted to harmonize. Each fragrance of the brand finds its inspiration in music albums and artists and tells an individual story.

This trademark is also manifested in the flacons: each bottle contains exactly 78 ml, in homage to the classic rotation speed of early long-playing records. The black, round cap is also intended to recall the shape of a record.
