I find it really impressive. This fragrance manages to immediately smell authentically like a campfire. There are also slightly vanilla-creamy notes that round off the smoke/qualm smell somewhat.

I am a little torn. On the one hand, the scent brings back fond memories of evenings in front of the fireplace, campfire or tiled stove. Of freshly baked stick bread at scout camp, of cozy evenings with cold drinks in summer or of relaxing evenings in front of the tiled stove.
On the other hand, it has always bothered me a little when you smell of smoke, fumes and "fire" afterwards, prefer to throw your clothes straight into the washing machine and get into the shower.

This fragrance reminds me of that "after" smoke smell, but it does so in a pleasant and soft way. It has nothing of the acrid smell of smoke or the breathtaking smoke of a real fire, it just has a gentle characteristic of it.
The fact that I really like the soft vanilla notes in this fragrance creates this polarizing overall experience for me.

An extraordinary and unique fragrance for which you can certainly find a suitable occasion.

For me, Uden Overdose is a very special mixture of notes that were a "safe" bank for me and notes that I rarely try out.

Xerjoff has masterfully brought these notes together here and combined them into an absolute fragrance experience. The initial freshness is gentle, just like the citrus note. Not intrusive, no toilet stone... simply a gentle, almost tender freshness, which is complemented after a very short time by the spiciness of a fine tobacco and coffee note. The amber base also comes through perceptibly for me and gives the ensemble something rounded that I personally find very appealing.

A real everyday fragrance that can prove itself in all situations, I have worn it in a wide variety of situations and never had the feeling that it would have been inappropriate, even if there might have been a more appropriate choice at some moments.
Definitely a fragrance that inspires me and that I feel is mentioned far too rarely when someone lists great Xerjoff fragrances, but that could also be because there are simply so many really good breakers from this house.

To my great delight, Dior included this fragrance as a miniature with my order.

Purely from the description, I was quite curious, albeit skeptical. Unfortunately, my skepticism proved to be true - "New Look" is not my cup of tea.

I already have my own personal difficulties with synthetic fragrances, but the combination of synthetic freshness and incense is a completely different challenge for me. Frankincense sounded very exciting to me, but in this combination I simply find the fragrance difficult, not very harmonious, somewhat uncomfortable and not free of a certain austerity.
Nevertheless: I will still give the fragrance a chance or two on a suitable occasion, because I don't think it's entirely bad.
But I have to say: I will continue to wear it because I received it as a gift. Especially in the price segment in which the fragrance operates, I find it far too expensive for what it offers me personally and would not buy it myself, because it simply offers me far too little. In this price range, there are not only great fragrances from other houses, but also from Dior itself and I would definitely look elsewhere before investing around 200€ / 100ml for New Look.

After all these years, Boss Bottled no longer knows how to surprise. That doesn't have to be a bad thing, I wore the original fragrance as my first everyday fragrance in the office and always felt comfortable with it.

At some point, I wanted Infinite to be able to do that again. The idea of a fresh office fragrance immediately caught my attention. For a short while, I thought it could offer that too, but each time I wore it, the fragrance started to bother me more and more. It has a certain freshness, but in combination with its spiciness, it tends to go in an unpleasant direction for me. I can't pinpoint exactly what it is, but the fragrance somehow takes on an almost penetrating, intrusive note that is unpleasant to my nose.

I remember yesterday, many years ago, the first time I bought a "really good" perfume - Chanel Allure Homme Edition Blanche.
I was standing in the perfumery and the intense but at the same time pleasant and natural citrus note immediately grabbed me.

I could only be even more enthusiastic when I was fascinated to discover that this fragrance undergoes an uncanny transformation the first time I wore it. After a relatively short time, the powerful citrus scent evaporates and the noble core emerges. It is a real privilege to have this fragrance to call my own. I still have the bottle to this day, even though it has long since lost all of its magic, simply for the beautiful memory of one of my first fragrances that will probably stay with me forever.
