Graceful Green Floral Chypre
Malachite Flower is a green floral chypre. The inspiration is a fairytale fantasy flower sculpted out of malachite. Just like the mineral, this perfume represents varying coexisting shades of green. Just as you think you've identified the note, on the next sniff, the shade shifts ever so slightly, perhaps a little lighter or a little darker green. A fantasy flower that cannot be placed. Cool, complex and evolving. Flirts with being soapy but decides to elevate itself. Unisex to me.

Fruity grassy greens
I did not know what a Wisent was before trying this scent (European Bison, by the way). Despite the name, this scent is surprisingly not animalic. Wisent opens with fruity greens with a grassy undertone and to me this comes off as an unintentional, but very realistic, asafoetida gum accord. It brought back memories of having to swallow little chunks of it with water as a kid because it "kills worms in your belly." Asafoetida smells like a sharper, more sulfuric garlic. It's not necessarily bad here, as it masked with the fruity sweetness. As the greens fade off the scent cools to a warm vanillic hay. Unlike anything I have sampled and the most wearable of the scents I've tried from this house.

Grapes & Vinyl
This is a strange one; reading the notes does not give a good idea of what it smells like. It opens with a blast of syrupy bubblegum grape and burning vinyl (not leather). The disparateness of the light and bubbly (grape) and the dark and dry (vinyl) is at the center of what makes me incessantly sniff at my wrist to make sense of it. Unfortunately there is a dusty/ashy quality to the scent that hampers my enjoyment of it. It seems to be more prominent the closer to the skin this is sampled.

Ephemeral Iris
The marketing describes the presence of the hazelnut as an "inflection" and it definitely is. The hazelnut comes in at the opening as a gourmand modulation of the natural nutty aspect of iris and then gives way to the more earthy nuttiness. This is a smooth cooling scent, only hampered by its longevity. Within a short amount of time this fades into an impression of clean skin, lathered with rose/sandalwood soap. I imagine this as a good bed-time scent; cozy and ephemeral, wanes just as you drift to sleep.

Unwrapping a Panettone
The perfume delivers on the name. A hyperrealistic mouth-watering gourmand that recreates its festive namesake. Opens with booze and spiced candied fruits (mostly orange) then reveals a heart of warm buttery vanilla bread/baked goods. Quite sweet. Some of the herbaceous and floral aspects can be fleetingly discerned, but overall the illusion holds together. Above-average longevity.
