after the lilac version of 2024, i trustfully blind bought this one. I agree that the opening is sharp but this settles rater quick (10min into the wear) after this is becomes a nice fresh summer scent for the small budget. I believe perfect scent for summer travels into warm/hot regions where you do not want to take your expensive bottles. mid wear and dry down is really nice and inoffensive.

For sure you can smell the common nose behind Belle D'Amour and AN. BA opens fresher with more citrus and this top note lingers around a bit, but around 15 minutes into the wear (on skin) AN is more and more showing. Toned down but definitely the same vibe. If you like AN you could find yourself enjoying BA too. Of course it is slightly lighter. Can not say yet anything about the longevity. It is a very done creation and definitely can be an all day all year scent. It is not a dupe for sure, it is more the younger sister or even the daughter of Angelique. But definitely worth a try. Are you looking for a unique citrus fragrance? Tart mandarin, not of the juicy kind... more the natural just harvested mandarins with a fresh tartness. The drydown is magical and it lasts all day on my skin. Hyper realistic but still artful perfumery. Get your nose on this one!!!! Can not wait to try more creations of the perfumer/nose Olga. I am truly addicted to Mandarin in my hand

I sampled this Xerjoff creation this morning and immediately was reminded of one of my all time favorites by Estee Lauder. Luckily I do own "beyond paradise" and I sprayed them side by side. They are twins. Beyond paradise is slightly more creamy in the opening and overall the flowers a little sharper than in "save me" but ones the scent sits on your skin for some minutes, you barely can make up a difference. I find beyond paradise having a stronger silage and longevity therefore I am happy that this scent gets kind of homage but modern niche house. But I would never go for the much more expensive version. Unless they make beyond paradise disappear from the counters. its my favorite tropical floral and it's incredible.

Ich hatte mir eine Abfuellung von Iris Malika gegoennt, einfach weil ich interessiert war, die Abfuellung hab ich erhalten und natuerlich zeitnah getestet. Der erste Eindruck war ok, aber nichts was mich sofort aus den Socken schmiss. Aber eine halbe bis 1 stunde spaeter erhielt ich eine grosse Ueberraschung. Der Drydown von Iris Malika erinnert naemlich stark an meine geliebte Elle von Xerjoff. Ich habe den Duft und dafuer unsagbar viel Geld hingeblaettert. Das bereue ich natuerlich im Keinsten, den Elle und ich sind eine grosse Liebe. Aber fuer alle, die diesen Duft auch mag und eine guenstige Alternative sucht, der sollte sich den Iris Malika mal zur Nase fuehren. Achtung absolut kein Duftzwilling aber wie gesagt der drydown ist himmlisch aehnlich...
