Heavy cuddly vanilla
Vanilla in its noblest and most beautiful form

Dark, heavy, clear, cuddly, warm, sensual
All these things come to mind with this fragrance. It envelops you with a warming sweetness without being girly or cheap.

A very beautiful, mature vanilla with a few dark flowers, a little spice and a tiny bit of wood mixed in.

I don't notice an extreme progression. It simply becomes softer and more supple over time. I hardly notice the top notes, but they also disappear very quickly. The basic DNA remains, however, in my opinion.

For some situations and settings, it is a little too much for my taste. Too warm for the warmer seasons anyway. And sometimes a little too heavy and projecting. But it can also be perfectly layered and therefore customized!

Unfortunately, it is the only fragrance that has ever tipped on me! So it's best to store it really gently.

Spring breeze
If a spring-like, sunny wind smelled like anything, it would be Blanche.

Delicate, soft, super fresh, slightly floral, a little bit green and a little bit cool without being aquatic.

I don't have any "fresh laundry associations" and it doesn't smell creamy to me either. It smells too natural for the former and too light for the latter.

Unfortunately, I find the sillage and longevity subterranean. Maybe it's my skin or my perception, but I had to sacrifice a disproportionate number of sprays to be able to perceive it sufficiently. It is also very, very close to the body on me. After a short time, I had to work very hard to smell it at all.

Just like the spring breeze. Beautiful, but unfortunately over quickly.

Creamy cheapy
Tik Tok made me buy it! I admit it. I probably would never have gotten around to testing this drugstore fragrance from 2008. But since I like creamy clean scents, I had to give it a chance and buy it at this price. I really like it!

Admittedly, I don't like the entire top note. Baked apple? Not a trace.
In general, it is simply creamy, floral, soft, slightly powdery - but not dry! It smells like fresh cream. Great for days when you simply want to smell good, clean, freshly showered and creamed instead of "real" perfume. For me, it's also simply a good fragrance for an evening on the couch, snuggled up in a warm blanket.

The price already gives you an idea: you can smell that it's not an expensive niche fragrance. It has a few fragrance notes that smell a little 'cheap' and the longevity and sillage are not excessive either. However, at this price, a few more sprays won't really hurt and all in all it's a nice, well-rounded fragrance that makes you feel clean, fresh and simply good.

Soft warm woody beautiful
I actually wanted to test other fragrances, but the Oud Satin Mood somehow caught my eye. I liked it straight away when I tried it - which is very rare. With most fragrances, something bothers me, it's too boring or the feeling just doesn't fit. This time, I was even allowed to put it on my skin and I found myself smelling it again and again.

I didn't know anything about the fragrance notes (apart from oud, of course) and was a little surprised when I read the roses. In retrospect, it is quite clear, but at first they seemed almost fruity. A warm, soft, sensual blend of spicy wood and fruity flowers. The vanilla remains somewhat in the background, but instead gives off a good amount of sweetness, which is beautifully balanced in combination with the oud.

The sillage is blatant. Careful as I am, I only put a tiny spritz on my wrist and I felt like I was completely sprayed. The perfume I was actually wearing that day was totally pushed into the background. With too much, it could definitely have headache potential, I have to admit. It might be too heavy for some.
The longevity is above average. Even after showering, I could still smell it a little.
I did not experience any significant change. The rose held its own for quite a long time. After a few hours, however, oud and vanilla predominated.

Definitely a very present, heavy fragrance for cold days, which suits a woman who doesn't like mainstream candy perfumes very well. However, I can also see it on a confident, style-conscious man who is not put off by rose and vanilla.

More flower, less orange
Thanks to the vastness of the internet and, of course, the YouTube algorithm, there's no getting around Marc Gebauer and, above all, his Orange Flamingo. We order a bottle more for my friend than for me.

When I sprayed it on, my first thought was: much more floral than I thought! Completely flowery, sweet orange. Not really fresh and tartly citrusy at all, which I had assumed due to the bergamot. For me, it's more like a bouquet of white flowers adorned with extremely ripe, juicy, sweet oranges. Jasmine and orange blossom in particular come through very clearly. I would almost have guessed a little orris root.

I also interpreted the freshness so often described a little differently. I was expecting the familiar citrusy, cool freshness that we know from summer perfumes. Here, however, I perceive this "freshness" more as clean, freshly showered, freshly washed laundry, soap. I like to describe it as a 'warm' freshness. It's not as cooling as aquatic notes are. The citrus notes at least make the whole thing a little cooler.

After about 20 minutes, the woods gently come in and the clove is very clear. Admittedly, it confuses me. Suddenly it becomes a little warmer, spicier, almost oriental? And orange and clove? Isn't that more Christmas than summer freshness?

Within another 10 minutes, the clove is gone again. I still don't quite understand the brief appearance, but it's good.
The extremely floral scent also fades, leaving behind a really beautiful, warm, powdery, creamy cleanliness. I now have to look for the orange - at least on my skin. On the test strip, it stays complex and "cooler" fresh for much longer than on my skin. However, only one spray ended up there, which is perhaps not quite enough here

Silage is therefore okay, despite the high fragrance oil content. The longevity is not so satisfactory with only one test spray on the skin. After only 2 hours, it is only very light. Of course, this can look completely different with more product.

I attribute the fact that it is predominantly worn by men to marketing. I would have preferred to see the creamy floral notes on a woman. But since it's neither too sweet/sweet nor too tart/spicy, it probably works wonderfully for everyone and is certainly also great for sharing at home.

I don't know if I would really classify it strictly as summer. At 35°C, I imagine it to be too creamy and powdery. But I think it's perfect for the first rays of sunshine in spring or the beginning of summer!

The bottle makes my designer heart bleed a little. I understand the approach of using minimalist, uniform designs, but in my opinion it's not really well implemented. The illustrations look clumsy and interchangeable, absolutely devalue it and make the product look much cheaper than it is.

But well, as we all know, it's about the inside and not the outside and this isn't quite what I was expecting, but it doesn't disappoint at all. It's a beautiful, interesting fragrance that develops very pleasantly soft, especially in the drydown.
