i was critical at first...
i was critical of the entire Signatures of the Sun line from AdP.
I thought I could expect more women's fragrances for my taste here...
Yuzu, however, has completely hooked me. My current absolute favorite fragrance!
The fragrance impresses with its skillful interplay. The fragrance is absolutely natural, not synthetic, sweet but not at all feminine sweet, a little creamy, absolutely noble and round.
The freshness that plays together is the decisive point for me that makes Yuzu absolutely superior to the somewhat less expensive Colonia Pura (which in my opinion goes in a similar direction).
I think EVERYONE who is interested in niche perfumes and especially likes fresh, natural fragrances should try Yuzu :)
You can of course argue about the longevity, it's not particularly strong as is typical for AdP...
The sillage is also not overly convincing when sprayed moderately.
But that's not what would suit this fragrance!
The fragrance should and must be an understatement, it suits the fragrance only too well that it is mainly perceptible to people who come close to you.
That's exactly the point. Not to show the whole world and even the last row on the train what a great perfume you are wearing, but to smell good for yourself and your companions when strolling through the city, to smell pleasant for yourself and the person sitting next to you in the cab. It's not about catching everyone's eye but smelling good for the important people.
If you recognize things in this review that don't fit, please let me know, I haven't been working with fragrances for too long and I'm happy to learn if I've made mistakes. :)
Greetings Paul
