Balanced - fresh - sympathetic
Now a comment to a fragrance that I already have for an eternity. To be exact, about 9-10 years ago, when my scent horizon/scent collection was still very small. A fragrance that I used to like wearing very much and that I still like very much today. After many newly bought fragrances he has disappeared more and more in the sinking, but when I wear him he gives me a good feeling. Davidoff used to be a brand that I liked to buy and wear.
Published in 2007 as a flanker of the equally successful Silver Shadow. The original was designed by Kurkdjian, but this one by rather unknown perfumers.
The bottle is very beautiful, especially due to the beautiful color of this fragrance. Light blue, a suitable color for this beautiful fragrance with aquatic approaches. Otherwise kept rather simple.
The fragrance is very fresh right from the start. A pleasant citric freshness paired with a light pleasant aquatics. The really big highlights are missing, but in return you get a very pleasant and likeable daily scent with fresh, citric, spicy, aquatic and woody facets. Therefore also very balanced and very suitable for everyday use. A light synthetic also resonates, but is very limited. Spiced with pepper and cardamom, with a pleasant cedar note which also harmonizes well with the citric-aquatic notes. How do you do? In addition, the juniper berry has a slight fruity note, but this is not too strong.
Towards the end it ends gently with cashmere wood and musk. Very likeable and easy to wear.
The performance is mediocre. The Sillage is well perceptible and pleasant. Also the shelf life is OK for a fresh fragrance.
A good fragrance if you are looking for a fresh fragrance without a great touch. Throughout the entire process he is a sympathetic companion. I'm not sure this one's been set. Probably yes, because it is no longer available in many shops. At Notino you can get it for 30 Euro / 100ml. An absolutely fair price.
