Eight & Bob

Eight & Bob witnessed an unusual foundation following a random encounter. It all began with a young Albert Fouquet, the son of a French lawyer, who spent his free time exploring the world of exquisite fragrances and aromas. Fouquet created small quantities of his fragrances, which he then gave to visitors at galas, parties, and receptions at his parents' chateau.

When Fouquet spent his vacations on the Côte d'Azur in 1937, he met a young student from the United States. Upon his departure, Fouquet left a fragrance for his friend John F. Kennedy with the message, "In this bottle, you will find the pinch of French glamour that your American personality lacks." Many months later, Kennedy told his friend of the popularity of his fragrance, which resulted in many orders and inquiries (especially from Hollywood). But the planned venture was slowed by World War II. However, all the recipes of the fragrances of "Eight & Bob" could be reconstructed post-war.

The basis of the women's and men's fragrances at "Eight & Bob" is a rare wild plant that he brought back from a trip to Chile in 1934. This plant blooms only two months a year, which explains the exclusivity of the label's fragrances. In addition to fragrances, the brand's range also includes body care products, room fragrances, sunglasses, and various travel and gift sets.
