Floral hazelnut

I like the way this starts off: the hazelnut is prominent, caramelly sweet, and slightly acerbic from the citrus. The flowers are beautiful, especially the immortelle. Annicke 2 reminds me a lot of Guidance Eau de Parfum, without its fennel note. I'm probably one of the few people out there who can't enjoy Guidance Eau de Parfum, so I'm also not fond of Annicke 2, either. My problem is when the base notes come to the forefront and the vanilla starts to dominate, making the perfume a bit too sweet and cloying.
