A first spray of Chic in Black is Sparkely Sweet floral and then dries
down to woods but unfortunuly this doesn't last long but enjoy it what you can And i love the bottle's Design.

Humble Treasure

Once, I watched an interview with the great perfumer Sophia Grojsman conducted by the journalist Ari Kagan from the Evening New Yorker newspaper. It was on the television show "Here in America" in New Jersey.
The broadcast took place on the eve of March 8, International Women's Day.
In this interview, Sophia Grojsman made an interesting statement: "When you apply perfume, you should feel like a queen. Perfume should not be expensive. They give a woman beauty."
And she mentioned several affordable, yet in her opinion, beautiful fragrances. Among them was Avon Little Black Dress.
I found it for very little money, bought it, and realized how right she was!

Top notes of honeysuckle and apricot blossoms, a floral heart full of purity, gardenia, the warmth of ylang-ylang, and the softness of jasmine. An elegant base note of lush cashmere musk and velvety sandalwood.
The fragrance feels pleasant on the skin, just like your little black dress.

Christmas Secret Santa

At Christmas, I like to dress up a bit, as we are celebrating a very important birthday.

So I wore my little black dress, which my mom had skillfully sewn for me, in accordance with the festive occasion.

It fit like a glove - better than anything you would find "off the rack."

My fragrance for the evening was always Little Black Dress - which also has a very individual character and is not "off the rack."

This Avon shone with a lush bouquet of flowers, with Ylang standing out - illuminated by bright Jasmine.
Little Black Dress was softened by Cyclamen and a deep, velvety Plum.
Perfect for an evening by candlelight.
Tonka appears slightly sweet, and Sandalwood wraps the scent around the skin.

Speaking of "snuggling" - my niece squeezed in next to me on the sofa and asked about the lovely fragrance.
I took the bottle out of my handbag, and she helped herself to it.
She stretched out contentedly and closed her eyes.
Then she stood up and shyly pressed a bottle of No 5 Eau de Parfum into my hand - with the cautious question of whether I would like to swap, as she didn't like her Christmas gift at all.
At the time, I wasn't a No 5 fan yet - but I couldn't resist her big doe eyes.

So we "Santa Claused" - and the bottles changed owners.

And - lo and behold - I became friends with No 5 - perhaps because of the lovely giver?

But I remained loyal to Little Black Dress - and repurchased it - just like No 5 EdP.

The vintage version is a humdinger of a fleshed out Jasmine. The newest one has forgotten her bling with her black dress. Naughty Jasmine!
