Nothing Good, Nothing Bad
Today there is once again a fragrance that is relatively unknown on Parfumo. A few months ago, I managed to get a full bottle including the sealed original packaging of the "Bogner Man Classic Summer Edition | Bogner." In the end, I am not very taken with the scent, even though it is certainly still intact. The longevity on my skin is about 6 hours, but the scent becomes quite close to the skin fairly quickly. Accordingly, I would rate the sillage as rather weak.
The top note starts fresh, maritime, greenish, and citrusy with aromas of unripe apples and lemon peels. Unfortunately, a certain synthetic quality is also present here. The heart note quickly follows the top note and shifts into a still green but also spicy-herbaceous direction. Here, sage and myrtle dominate. I also detect pink pepper, rosemary, and camphor. In the base, the fragrance then loses its power, so I can only discern a subtle woodiness.
Unfortunately, I haven't really warmed up to the "Bogner Man Classic Summer Edition | Bogner," so I would like to part ways with the bottle.
