Beautiful Blackberry?
~ Inspiration ~
I received a sample of this at my last souk. I am not familiar with the brand and was all the more curious.

~ Bottle ~
The packaging looks like a men's shower gel or shampoo. I wouldn't be drawn to it if I saw it in a department store. The name is Italian and translates to "beautiful blackberry."

~ Scent ~
It starts off with a strong alcohol note, very citrusy with bergamot and lemon, and gets a slightly sweet undertone from the pomegranate. Raspberries and blackcurrants join in, but (in my opinion) they don't quite fit with the lemons. I don't perceive jasmine or other (wonder) flowers at all. Musk and sandalwood form a slightly woody-warm base.

~ Longevity ~
On my skin, it lasts about 1-2 hours (maybe a bit longer on clothing and hair). A sparing application is recommended, as otherwise it becomes too sour and scratchy.

~ Occasion ~
The scent is suitable for women (and men) who do not like overly sweet summer perfumes and prefer more citrusy-herbaceous fragrances (e.g., "Light Blue" by D&G).

~ Conclusion ~
How the name came about is a mystery to me, as blackberries are not present at all. I find the scent not sweet and feminine enough (I still prefer the Escada fragrances) :D

Bella
Actually, I don't really like fruity scents that contain sweetness.
With Mora Bella, it's somehow different.
First, you are greeted by bergamot and lemon. Right after that, the raspberry joins in, which certainly adds the sweetness, along with the blackcurrant. Fortunately, I can't detect any jasmine, as jasmine always triggers a cat pee alarm for me. That is spared here.
In my opinion, the sweet fruits and the citrus notes are very well balanced.
Mora Bella may not be anything special, but it is definitely a cheerful summer scent that lifts your spirits.
It fits very well into everyday life and can be worn by young and old alike.
Unfortunately, the longevity is not very good, and it disappears, quite literally, very quickly.

Beautiful Brunette Berry Brand
I spontaneously picked up Mora Bella today. Although listed as a women's fragrance, I found it to be more of a unisex scent on my skin.

The entire fragrance is very subtle and unobtrusive despite its sweet scent direction. The ideal little splash for an evening on the couch.

The top note doesn’t start as fresh as one would expect from the ingredients. The lemon holds back gracefully and supports the pomegranate in the scent impression. The blackcurrant can already be sensed.

The heart note then fully unfolds after about 10 minutes. Deliciously berry, but not overly sweet. The jasmine pleasantly resonates in the background.

The base is very understated, pleasantly spicy, and gains a masculine touch from the sandalwood. Now the scent can only be perceived directly on the skin.

All in all, a rounded and relaxing fragrance. The longevity is the only downside of Mora Bella. But for the price, one can always reapply.
If I googled the name Mora Bella correctly, then it refers to a beautiful brunette (I can't compete with that in any way).
But what are names anyway?! Just sound and smoke!

Recently, with Bryant and Mora
What you didn’t know yet, Mora is Bryant's little half-sister.
She lives with her dad in Johannisbeerburg because I didn’t have enough space for her on my shelf back then, but that’s another story.
Every other weekend she comes to visit Bryant and me, then the little ones play fruity red games like raspberry rolling, raspberry splattering, and sometimes even raspberry slapping. When I watch them, I think they could almost be twins. But then I notice the influence of Jasmine (his new partner) on my pretty Mora again.
Also, Dad's citrus origins and bitter past cannot be denied, ..the pomegranate doesn’t fall far from the tree.

Great drydown!

Smells like undefined flowers and red fruits: so what? I see little need for the existence of such a fragrance: solid.

Citrusy berry freshness on scratchy wood. Hm... I often like CSP, but this one is way too subtle for me. However, if you prefer a light scent...

Thanks to Heike!
Beautiful citrus berry freshness - for me on soft wood (that's how I like it). Nice subtle and fruity. I really like it.

The scent is in a huge hurry!
A very brief berry - almost gum-like - freshness kick and poof, it's gone.

It's nonsense to spend money on this. It smells like stale soda and lasts less than 10 minutes on the skin.
