Doesn't bother the nose
Surprisingly fruity opening, I didn't expect that from a 5th Avenue.
But quite quickly we arrive at the flowers, and unfortunately it gets a bit soapy there. A glance at the fragrance pyramid and my eye lingers on the Usambara violet. Violets in all their variations have caught my eye in fragrance pyramids lately and have never been particularly pleasant. So I attribute this slight soapiness to it.
However, I like the other flowers, and they embrace the violet so that it doesn't stand out too much.
By the way, the fruits completely disappear after a brief appearance in the top note. At least my nose no longer perceives anything fruity.
After about half an hour, a creaminess joins the flowers. And I can already perceive the patchouli now. Slowly, the scent bends into a slightly woody-floral-creamy direction.
Overall, I must say that the scent changes very quickly and seems to reach the base incredibly fast. The longevity is okay overall, but by no means outstanding.

Although floral scents are not among my favorites, I must acknowledge that the fragrance is quite good. It certainly won't be one of my favorites, but it doesn't annoy me, and I wouldn't have a problem if someone wore it near me.

Fruity - floral summer vibes with a coconut base
One of the many flankers from the 5th Avenue line by Elizabeth Arden. A limited edition. When I was once again standing in front of the perfume shelves at Rossi, testing out fragrances and the vibe was right, I couldn't resist, as so often before. From the tester, it smelled pleasantly fresh - floral - sweet with a creamy undertone. And just like that, two bottles magically fell into my shopping basket. After all, it's an Eau de Parfum, and I must say that I can appreciate most of them.
About the perfume itself: It starts nicely without the obligatory alcohol cloud. It immediately smells fruity - sweet. More like pear than blackcurrant. The flowers follow after about 5 minutes. Here, I perceive, what I find really lovely, especially the African violet and freesia. I really like freesia; I think it makes scents appear somehow clear and bright. This fragrance is summery, bright, and subtle. The sillage is close to the body. After a good hour, a certain creaminess comes into play. Musk and coconut water ensure that you feel a bit like you're on vacation. As if you were by a lake. For me, this is a very nice summer fragrance. It's too subtle for the cooler seasons. I really love the creaminess in the base. It lasts about 3-4 hours on me. Not longer. In summer, you feel absolutely well-groomed with this perfume.
