Green tea with a bit of powdery vanilla
I get a lot of the classic Green Tea scent here but less citrusy and fresh and quite a bit of powdery vanilla/heliotrope, which I quite like. I’m not sure that I’m getting any of the pistachio husk here, but I’m also not sure what that would smell like. The rose and magnolia are supporting characters, not standout notes. To me this is a successful flanker that holds true to the DNA while still being different enough from the original to merit having both. It’s a touch more floral and less freshie. Calling it a gourmand is a stretch but I get that gourmands are having a moment and they wanted to lean into that.
I quite like this and I’d consider it a successful blind buy. It’s not the most interesting or long-lasting perfume in my collection, but for the price it’s a good buy that’s an easy wear.

Also ich muss mir den als Back Up holen. Denn ich bin entzückt, verliebt und zutiefst begeistert

Unfortunately, No Friends
Last May, I tested the fragrance and we didn’t hit it off. Then I received it for Christmas, because I like green tea scents. Great!
I always give new fragrances a second chance, as many factors play a role in whether I like a scent or not. So I revised my initial review and posted it here again, as I had about two months to get acquainted with the fragrance. Unfortunately, that didn’t work out.

After a rather decent start with a hint of green tea, the floral notes with a touch of vanilla take over completely. It’s a very synthetic blend, where sometimes magnolia, sometimes heliotrope dominates. There might also be violets or rose in the mix. As it develops, the overwhelming floral blend remains dominant. Pistachio... not a chance. The green tea is long gone. A hint of vanilla remains, but that quickly fades as well. Bergamot just flits by. What’s left for me is a peculiar thing. A synthetic, chemical, piercing floral scent that is neither fresh nor green. A bit metallic and musty, reminiscent of pus. Unfortunately, I have some experience with infected wounds from my teenage cycling tours. That was what bothered me from the very beginning. It is extremely clingy. My surroundings smelled the fragrance for 8-10 hours! and I, up close, for about 14 hours. Gradually, it became weaker. On clothing, it still lingered strongly for 2 days.

It’s now heading into the bag for my son-in-law’s niece (16), and I hope she likes it better than I do.

Anyone who chooses this fragrance and likes artificial flowers will be well served. Especially if it’s on sale, the price/performance ratio is more than excellent. However, the fragrance should not be considered a flanker of Green Tea Eau Parfumée. I see it as an independent scent.

You are drinking a green tea after a shower, while adding double the recomended amount of vanilla sugar to your cookie dough.

I don't pick up on the pistachio, but aside from that, it's a pleasant, sweet-creamy scent with fresh accents.

Pistachios float lightly over green tea with a hint of vanilla. Fresh, slightly sweet, not too citrusy or nutty, NOT marzipan-like.

A unique blend of fresh green tea and soft nutty - vanilla notes, with just a hint of gourmand sweetness!

Recognize the usual Green Tea DNA. Trend ingredient pistachio (Dubai chocolate) is not present, rather some dull, vanilla notes. I don't need this.

Green tea with vanilla aroma. Plus sweet-powdery almond deodorant and a few spicy flowers. I can always appreciate Green Tea and its siblings a bit ...

Green Tea DNA on sweet pistachio chocolate. The impression is a bit like layering Teefreshie & Schokogourmand. It works somewhat.

Fits into the Green Tea line, without any big surprises. I wouldn't have noticed the pistachio if I hadn't read about it first.

Pistachio is well done, but it doesn't harmonize well with the Green Tea; it lacks creaminess. It's more like nut tea.

Arden: Pistachio seems modern. We paint it on our bottle, but we only fill it with our fresh, famous green tea.
