Is De L`ambre Shadow a substitute for KL Homme ???
For many years, I have been a fan of KL Homme. However, since it is unfortunately no longer available, I have been searching for something comparable. There are many interesting oriental fragrances, but they all smelled completely different from KL Homme. Now I have ordered the Eau de Toilette: Prestige by Jacques Battini De L'ambre Shadow based on its composition: top note, heart note, and base note, and ... it comes somewhat close to KL Homme in terms of the top note, but the heart note and base note, although the ingredients are similar to KL Homme, as well as the longevity and sillage, cannot be compared. If you spray Shadow more often, it is a small substitute for KL Homme, not in terms of quality, but at least for the top note. This should be a small guideline for KL Homme lovers who can "make do" with Shadow a bit. However, it is not a high-quality substitute. But better a temporary solution than none at all. In my opinion, jasmine dominates the heart note, and musk in the base note. It's a pity that there is no cinnamon present!!! Maybe KL Homme lovers should use it together with Chanel Egoiste?!?
