Colorful mishmash of fragrances

I have just blindly ordered four fragrances from Jeanne Arthes. Three of them are pretty good. Amore Mio Forever is not one of them.
I like all the fragrances listed. There's nothing that my nose doesn't like in general.
I smell bergamot, some rose, blackcurrant, other fruits, a pinch of cinnamon, green apple, some flowers. But somehow it all doesn't quite fit together. It doesn't smell unbearable, not that, but it gives me an unsatisfactory feeling. I'm relatively certain that I won't be wearing the fragrance.

Tropical vibe for summer

Fruity and juicy, lovely candy-like smell, makes me think of apple drops. Literally, it makes my mouth water. By the way, the only Amore Mio flanker from the 6 I own that actually has an apple note in the pyramid to account for the bottle design. It does smell tropical more than anything, but something apple-like is definitely there lurking under the surface – and I love every minute of it. Just what I craved after waaaaay too sweet sugary-marshmallowy Gold N’ Roses and White Pearl.

In hot and dry weather it tends to smell more dry - blackcurrant and lemon take over the apple and tropical fruits.

I must say I didn’t like it from the first application. First time it smelled too… shrill and flat, somewhat artificial and a little bit obnoxious.

However, as it was for me with every Jeanne Arthes perfume so far, around the third time wear (or like 10th to 12th spritz), the perfume grew into itself, became more composed, full, rounded, and pleasant. I don’t know how it works chemically or physically, but somehow it proves to be the case bottle after bottle. I know it sounds strange – reapplying the perfume that you didn’t immediately like – but I am adventurous like that, lol.

Also, it reminds me of Les Monstres de Nina Ricci Luna (blue apple with cartoon face on the bottle) – but fruitier, minus caramel.

Tropically Nice

This has a strong pineapple note, so if you don't like pineapple, you should steer clear of this. This fragrance isn't remarkable. I like it more than love it, but it's pleasant, and it's cheap. I love the Amore Mio bottles, but this is my least favourite of the three I own.

Certainly not forever, but the bottle is cute!

An average fruity floral with a fresh opening and a fruity-flowery heart of peach and artificial jasmine. In spite of the cute bottle and packaging, this will not become a scent I'll love "forever" since it lacks personality. On the other hand, "Amore Mio Forever" is as decent a fruity-floral as higher priced fragrances in this category.
