Spicy floral but light.
By chance, I found in this men's fragrance some time ago an almost identical scent to my beloved VU by Ted Lapidus from the 70s. It's not that I live in the past, but VU was the fragrance I would still wear today. I also generally prefer fresher scents. But everything is right for me here. How I categorize the scent otherwise can be read in my comment on the Eau de Cologne. Now, for the warmer season, the Eau de Cologne is a bit too heavy for me. In search of an alternative, I tried the After Shave as a woman. Bingo, that's it! Full of the scent of the heavier Eau de Cologne, but not as intense and softer in its projection. Very suitable for spring and summer without overwhelming the environment. Additionally, it has a very long lasting power of 5 hours. I wore this scent for days, and an older lady, who knows me as a VU wearer, said it was nice that VU was back and that I had my scent again. I don't understand why this fragrance is offered here as a pure men's fragrance and not as a unisex scent. For a men's fragrance, there are too many feminine notes in it.
