Great brand-great scent-terrible price!
I still believe that Juliette has a gun is one of the most interesting, quirky, and best brands in the women's world. Unconventional, sometimes provocative and quirky, not mass-appeal, sometimes animalistic but always very extraordinary and simply "different"!
I still love Not a perfume and Another Oud is still stubbornly on my wish list! Since then, I have also been very curious about the Luxury Collection, especially White Spirit, as I am always on the lookout for the perfect "clean-fresh-freshly washed white T-shirt scent." White by Puredistance comes closest so far, but unfortunately, the price is staggering!
After the first spray of White Spirit, I would have guessed Juliette has a gun blindfolded, especially when you still have Not a perfume or Another Oud in your nose, you immediately know which brand you have landed on. Synthetic alpine white freshness from the Ambroxan lab paired with delicious jasmine, normally jasmine is not exactly "my" flower, often too feminine, but I really like it in this combination, even though the blend still smells very feminine-floral. For the first 30 seconds, it smells like a spray from the doctor when you are about to be pricked with a syringe, very medicinal... I like it and somehow it's very extraordinary. Delicate women might flinch back a bit! But quickly, the floral and creamy notes with a slightly sweet woody touch come in, it could also be the wood-amber mix... difficult. Whatever... the overall scent is very pleasing to my nose, it spreads very quickly and can fill the room like Iso Super. With the synthetic notes, one might quickly think of Mark Buxton... because he does this very well too (e.g., Wood & Absinth).

I find it, like Not a perfume, sexy, slightly wicked, and very attractive, it has that certain something. So anyone who likes Molecule, Not a perfume, White Puredistance, Blanche by Byredo, etc., will definitely find this one great too... I am very sure of that... I don't find the price of €240 quite so great;-)! But it is not a "typical" fresh scent like L'Eau Serge, Universalis Forte, etc.!

A funny note I found on ALZD regarding the "dosage":
Due to the highly concentrated formula, White Spirit should be used very sparingly. One or two drops, gently applied to your neck, are enough. Repeat the application carefully if necessary. White Spirit has been personally prescribed to you. Keep the scent away from your partner, your partner, and also from your husband or wife, because otherwise, strangers might approach the area around your neck... accompanied by incessant questions about the name of your fragrance and where they can get it.....
Chuckles... very nice, sexy "medicine"... it works for me already... and 2 sprays last forever! Also super beautiful are the white streaks in the liquid, similar to Lumiere Blanche.

What a brilliant scent....
... I must express my admiration right in the headline. I cannot understand these sometimes poor reviews. Admittedly, the top note almost overwhelms you and suggests a completely different direction for the scent's development. Therefore, my enthusiasm only developed after the 10-minute mark. At that point, Ambrox rises up along with a wonderfully woody note. Jasmine, which is not my favorite flower, remains present, yet beautifully dry-woody packaged. The longevity is gigantic, and the sillage stays on top. With 2 sprays, I get through the day well. If something drips on my blouse, I just go through the next one with it. Yet, I never find the scent too loud, too intrusive, or too forward. It allows the wearer’s own skin chemistry to shine through and creates something quite... yes..., indeed..., something wonderfully animalistic from it. Definitely give it a try, but let the scent have an hour on the skin before making a judgment.
PS: Molecule has (almost) completely closed off to my nose, and I cannot share the good reviews related to this scent.

I enjoy wearing Lady Vengeance, and I've already received compliments for it.

That's why I eagerly dove into White Spirit.
What a promising title!
I think of Native American ceremonies and spirituality.

But this bottle spirit jumps at me musty and slightly sour.
No trace of "white" - more like a yellowed ochre.
My husband enters the room and indignantly asks what is "smelling" here?
When I mention the beautiful title, he sarcastically remarks that the scent is suitable for "getting on one's nerves".
Such are his dry words.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with him, as I also find White Spirit very disharmonious.
Could Ambrox and lactones be responsible for the fermented sourness?
I can no longer perceive the other ingredients behind this disturbing curtain.

I will quickly banish this "spirit".

Our Breakfast on the Second Advent.....
Last Sunday, I woke up to a lovely coffee scent and clattering sounds from the kitchen. My husband prepared our breakfast together (which is very rare). I therefore applied White Spirit because I wanted to surprise him with a very special scent.

I did succeed, but not in the way I had imagined. "You smell like sweat," was his first spontaneous reaction when I entered the kitchen. I personally perceived the scent as very sour and artificial. I couldn't detect any tuberose or sandalwood at all.

So I enjoyed my delicious and lovingly prepared breakfast and then took a shower for the second time.

P.S. This is my first statement!!!

Misfortune in Fortune
When I decided this morning to finally try my White Spirit sample, I felt both respect and a bit of fear after reading the previous reviews. I didn't really want to smell like sweat voluntarily... (even if there could certainly be other reasons with the current weather). But curiosity was stronger...

The first spray was cautiously applied to my wrist. I could always wash it off with a lot of scrubbing if necessary... Sniffed... Thought about it... Sniffed... So this scent does not smell like sweat on my skin (thankfully). The tuberose is strong at first... And the arm is quickly set aside... But that fades quickly. What remains is a beautiful, sensual, and gentle yet also noble floral scent. The sandalwood rounds it off perfectly. About half an hour later, I also apply perfume to my neck and décolletage. The scent envelops me all day long. Even now while writing, I find myself sniffing my arm repeatedly. I really like this scent (as well as every other one I've tested from the "Luxury" series by JHAG) very, very much. Lucky me. The small downside... The wish list is getting longer again...

Silvery pearls of tuberose spun,
Dazzling moonlight, enduring the night.
Snow crystals on metal,
Everywhere, everywhere.

Unfortunately, it pushes too much on the tuberose and overall feels very intrusive. The spirit of synthetics hovers over everything.

Wonderful top note, icy, fluffy, super clean, Frau Holle :D and that despite the tuberose mess ;) quickly shifts to warm woodiness, milky peach touch, reminds me of Honour.
It has something ;)

White mist from a dark forest
Envelops her
Carries her away
With silent wingbeats
In the air
Only
Her delicate scent remains

Greetings from the chemistry lab! Pure synthetic, there's absolutely nothing beautiful about it for me; the price is completely outrageous.

As a fan of light and clean scents, I expected more - what an overpriced synthetic bomb, sorry...

I still quite like the "fresh laundry start," but I could have done without the subsequent synthetic-sweet floral Ambrox wave.

JhaG fragrances are highly rated by me, just so you know. I find this one to be perversely sweaty, tuberose??? I just can't get over it...

fresh on the strip, immediately musty on the skin, even worse, quickly turns into a construction worker smell, 5 days old. Bad bad tuberose!

I don't understand the negative comments at all... especially that it smells like sweat. For me, it's a lovely, attractive scent.
