Soapy and Floral...
I've been searching for a clean/fresh laundry scent and I decided to give this one a try. It does smell like laundry, but it's a lot more soapy and floral than I expected; think of actual laundry detergent rather than clothing fresh out of the dryer. But I don't hate it! It's still very much a "clean" scent, I can just smell notes *other* than fresh laundry when I spray it.

Unfortunately, the longevity is AWFUL. I know 99% of Demeter scents don't last very long, but this one is so much worse than the other ones I've tried. It lasts an hour at most on me, which sucks.

I like his "cleanliness."
The fragrance is indeed clean and fresh, without the pungent after-smell of some similar perfumes. Unfortunately all Demeter fragrances developed a rancid smell, otherwise I would have bought it as the only one (of all 15 ordered). I like "Pure Soap" the second best of all Demter fragrances I know! It flies fast, but it doesn't bother me at all

Miss the laundromat in the USA
Many years ago I lived in the States and actually used Laundromat. The scents of detergent, fabric softener and the warmth of it tempted me to buy it blind.

I was hoping for a scent like clean cotton, freshly washed laundry.

However, my impression is as follows.

I visit a department store and enter the washroom of a clean place.

I have now banished my bottle there as a better room spray.

If you like a real laundry fragrance, I recommend the muse by zarkoperfume.

An olfactory odyssey
First Impression:

When I tried Demeter's "Laundromat" fragrance, I was expecting a journey into the world of fresh laundry. Instead, I found myself in an olfactory version of a BVB post-match - think spilt beer on old soccer shirts. The first notes reminded me less of freshly laundered sheets and more of a pub brawl, where the beer flows as freely as the fists.

About the fragrance notes:

Instead of clean linen freshness, I was hit with a wave of aromas more reminiscent of a well-attended post-game pub. The top notes were a bouquet of rubber tires and alcohol, while the middle notes seemed to be a strange mix of euphoria and despair - as if the fragrance itself had gone a few too many rounds with the fans. The base note? A hint of nausea, as if the fragrance itself had also missed the last goal.

The liability:

And then the adhesion! This fragrance clung to me like a drunken soccer mascot after the final whistle. No shower gel, no scrub, no soap - nothing could rid me of this olfactory hooligan.

Conclusion:
Interestingly, my experience seems to differ from other reviews, which report a fresher and more pleasant fragrance experience, suggesting that I may have received a different formulation of the fragrance, which could explain the discrepancy in perception, or that a special "Fan Edition" fragrance may have ended up in my bottle, designed to capture the olfactory nuances of a boisterous evening of soccer.

All in all, it can be said that the fragrance is more of a ticket to the emotional rollercoaster of a soccer match than the quiet comfort of a laundrette. For those looking for the thrill of a match day in a bottle - here you go. But those looking for the scent of fresh laundry should perhaps take a sniff in a different league.

I like it!
Exactly what I was looking for!
The scent of fresh laundry, without a stupid gradient, without exotic and above all without citrusy things. Just basic fresh laundry! Nothing more and nothing less. Absolutely fine and clean!
I didn't notice any of the musty smell of the previous speakers and I can't confirm this

Would have been my holy grail, unfortunately it doesn't last at all. Underiridescent even by demeter standards.
I myself use it for 10 minutes.
H/S unfortunately miserable, so I'm really very sad :D

Find even the low price (for a few minutes of fresh laundry fun) excessive
