Unfortunately a bit too boring for me...what a shame!
The scent is not bad, no, that's not it, but even clean scents can definitely be interesting, at least more interesting than this one, what a shame, I would have liked some variety from White Linen, which I am currently enjoying wearing.
On the first spray, you immediately smell the tangerines and a bit of sweetness from the peach. However, this fades away in no time, and then you have a nice fresh clean scent on an amber and musk base. Nothing more and nothing less. That’s really it. The hibiscus is just too monotonous for me, the whole scent is somehow like that. Nothing really happens. This doesn’t necessarily have to be bad; within seconds you know what to expect from this scent, and that remains the case for a mediocre amount of time.
By "mediocre," I personally mean: After 2 hours I can still perceive it up close, but actually, one could already reapply, and after about 4 to 5 hours - gone. The sillage is very limited, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing, especially in the warmer months, during which I would personally be more inclined to reach for this scent. I only tested it on my skin, but you can surely spray it on clothing and hair without worry - it won’t blow anyone away, not even yourself, but you might smell a bit longer.
The bottle shape is as known from M. Asam, so it’s not a "showstopper," in contrast to the price: I looked twice, yet again a bargain. If you are looking for a fresh clean scent that doesn’t have to be too long-lasting, you really can’t go wrong. In my opinion, it’s not necessarily unisex, as I find it a bit too sweet, but well, that’s something one should test for themselves - I wouldn’t rule it out. I expected more sweet synthetic notes, but no: Absolutely okay - no overpowering scent ;-D
A small addition regarding the term clean scent: I know hibiscus from liquid hand soaps or fabric softeners, etc. - maybe that’s where the association comes from. Whether others perceive it that way - I don’t know...
