Pure Clean Vanilla

This is a fragrance from the house of Asam that is good. I was really an Asambeauty victim for a while!!!! But many products have, as is often the case, worsened through reformulation and new packaging. The two perfumes I bought quickly left my collection. H/S is practically zero! That's why I'm starting with just a decant here. If you want a clean, unadulterated vanilla note, without an aldehydic or musky overload, this is the right choice. Can vanilla be described as clean? Yes ... for example, I mention Vanilla by Bettina Barty here. That leans more towards the Joop le bain category for me. There is still something milky at play here.

The Most Beautiful Cheapie

Today this fragrance arrived along with the body lotion, and what can I say … it’s amazing. It costs only 20 euros and there was an additional 40 percent off.

Strangely, the scent reminds me in the first few seconds of the well-known cherry fragrances (lost cherry, Lovefest burning Cherry,…) even though neither cherry nor almond is listed. After a few minutes, this fragrance becomes warm and vanilla-like, the fruity notes fade away. After an hour, we reach the base, which is beautiful and actually quite similar to Vanilla 28.

The longevity is also great so far compared to the price. I can still perceive it after five hours. The sillage is moderate, so one might want to reapply.

For me, it’s a complete success, a better blind buy than some more expensive candidates. And I also think it’s beautiful for layering.

In my opinion, it suits any season and time of day, as it is not too overwhelming.
