Overly Sweet Cinnamon Rolls and Marzipan Decoration
What, not even a bottle photo?! The French niche brand Mad et Len, founded in 2007, fills all its fragrances (50 ml - 109 euros) in simple, sleek, and deep black bottles.
"Constellation" should make those who like "Mogadess" by MarieLux stop in their tracks. I find it really dreadful and have given it 0.5 points because the cinnamon heaviness and the cloying, syrupy sweetness drive me insane.
This one also hits a very cinnamon note, somehow combined with sweetened cherries, possibly also interpretable as marzipan.
It's extremely gourmand, and I find it very hard to bear in its density of sweetness and cinnamon. After about an hour, it "calms down" a bit, the scent becomes more moderate, somewhat more harmonious in its sweetness, which allows it to appeal slightly more than "Mogadess." But I can't think of anything more to say about it.
