Gardenias at the spa
Opens crisply sweet and fresh thanks to the Nashi pear and yuzu.
Creamy florals and hints of violet emerge next, but unfortunately this middle phase is a little too syrupy for my taste -- I attribute this to the ylang-ylang, which is one of my least favorite notes due to how it tends to overwhelm.
Soft woods sneak in toward the end, but this fragrance is all about the florals.
Overall, it's a pretty and realistic floral scent reminiscent of a very expensive gardenia soap you might find in a high end spa or hotel.
