Dessert on the beach
First, there is a strawberry yogurt filling of chocolate, soft and tenderly crispy in texture, coated in a sugary violet veil. It transitions into a glazed surface of salty caramel crust reminiscent of crème brûlée. You hear a tap, the crust crunches, it is porous and slightly bitter from the heat, and the whole thing is enveloped in a sweetly soft vanilla-toned layer. A linear taste experience with a lasting finish at standard level. I did not get to see the neon or hear the sea.
