The listing of notes for this one sounds simply gorgeous. But I find this to be a somewhat hairspray-ish mild vanilla/caramel scent. Where's the pimento? The benzoin? The heliotrope? I'm suspecting that either all those lovely notes cancel each other out, or I'm anosmic to something used in this one. Time to pass this along and see whether someone else gets something better out of it.

Perfume blind tests, now that would be something! You spray a scent on a neutral strip and let participants, who of course haven't seen the bottle beforehand, sniff it. Now they have to guess whether it's an expensive or a cheap fragrance. I bet that with Naomi, almost everyone would guess it's a high-end treat! If Rabanne or Lancôme or Saab or whatever they are called were on the label, it would probably be a bestseller like the LVEBs of this world. Because it doesn't need to hide! Yet it stands somewhere on the side in the drugstore shelves and gets far too little attention in my eyes.

Okay, I find the bottle ugly and totally 90s, but the scent is more current than ever. Sweet gourmands are currently very much in vogue, and look at Shirin David (the community scent, you know what I mean....) - a wild mix of various ingredients is also very trendy. So Naomi did everything right back in the 90s!

The perfume contains so many notes that I absolutely love: jasmine, orange blossom, star anise, vanilla, caramel, tonka bean... And they create a truly magnificent symbiosis. Naomi is best suited for cooler days - now in autumn, its time has come! In summer, which we had plenty of this year, it could just become a bit too sweet.

Otherwise, the scent comes across very soft and powdery on my skin, not overpowering, but well noticeable. It also lasts for several hours, so the undercover testers wouldn't have anything to complain about. In my opinion, it's a mature fragrance, and although it's so sweet and powdery, it has something clean and pure about it. That's exactly what fascinates me about it: It's as if you apply fragrant sunscreen after a fresh shower on a hot summer day, and the scent wafts around you all day long.

If you like the scent and don’t want to risk suddenly smelling the note I’m about to describe, you should stop reading now. For everyone else: continue at your own risk.

How I sometimes wish I could turn back time before I perceived that one note which has now completely ruined the fragrance for me. Then I could give it a normal rating and would probably score it around 6.5-7.5 points. So I’d rather leave that out altogether.
In my memory, it smelled sweet (too sweet for me today), spicy, somehow like dried fruits (dried figs, apricots, and dates? Coconut flakes?), and there was also a powdery-woody accord like in Naomagic and Armani "She" - but in a milder form.

It was one of my first perfumes, and I have always associated it with Christmas.
It smells much more expensive than it is and is probably one of the drugstore fragrances with the best price-performance ratio. So it still exists in my "inner nose".

For many years, I hoarded my large bottle, used it occasionally, and even repurchased it once.
And then suddenly it clicked in my nose, and I smell: the brine from feta cheese.
Do you know that feeling when you cut the cheese into small pieces and then put it back into the brine to use it up gradually, and by the time you get to the last piece, the liquid is a bit "well" and doesn’t smell quite like it did on the first day? Fortunately, it’s not that bad, but the cheese brine note isn’t really fresh either. It’s more in the middle between freshly opened and "I’d better fry or bake this".

I even bought a new bottle because I thought mine had gone off. And also the deodorant to go with it. Unfortunately, both had to go because this cheesy note irritates me. I don’t even find the smell really bad, but I just don’t want to smell like that, even if I’m the only one who perceives it this way, it bothers me.
I told my mother about it, and she doesn’t smell the note at all, but a friend just said: "True! Shit."

I had a small bottle for several years, but I never really engaged with it. It was there, smelled good, and was nice as an everyday scent. At some point, it disappeared into oblivion, and by chance, I dug it up again.
From that moment on, it was like a bang.
I was enchanted by this beautiful fragrance, and quickly the bottle I had opened back then was empty and was immediately repurchased. It was the EDT.

To me, it simply smells incredibly elegant and somewhat milky.
I sense a bit of coconut (but very subtly), tonka, heliotrope, and dark vanilla. There’s also something bright that prevents the scent from becoming too dull. Everything is perfectly balanced.
It’s also powdery but not overwhelming, rather in the background.
I don’t pick up any fruitiness, so it’s not comparable to today’s star fragrances. It’s a bit like a pleasantly scented body powder.

I immediately think of bronze-colored jewelry; I associate this color with the scent. The beautiful bottle really fits 100 percent with the rest. When you see the bottle, you expect exactly this smell; it couldn’t be better.

I find the longevity of the EDT quite okay; the projection is fine too. It’s definitely present, and I can perceive it, which unfortunately isn’t the case with many expensive EDPs (e.g., Armani Si, at least for me).

I still bought the EDP, and here the longevity, intensity, and sillage are even better! It smells a bit darker but is the same scent. I just perceive it more strongly and feel wonderfully enveloped.

I have rarely smelled something this good; it’s not a cheap concoction but rather great quality in a beautiful bottle-what more could you want?
No wonder it has been on the market for so long.
It’s a scent from the 90s, and by the way, the drugstore fragrances back then were much nicer, so I’m glad to still get this one.

In contrast to those that are still available today or have returned (Charlie, etc.), this one has not been reformulated; at least it still smells just as intense and the same as it did back then, and that’s worth something.

For my 16th birthday, I received this fragrance as a gift for the first time. A gift set with a small bottle containing golden glitter particles and a little shower gel :)
I was so excited, unwrapped it right away, and started spraying... A warm, vanilla, exotic coconut scent enveloped me. Sexy, creamy, and cozy, it was love at first sniff.
I immediately felt really grown-up, sexy, and ready for the party :) My friends loved it too, and not just one of them rushed to the store the next day to treat herself to a bottle.
Even today, I still really like the scent; back then, it was a real highlight in the drugstore, and today it fits perfectly with what is currently trending, a whole 20 years later... So respect, that’s something to achieve.
