Creamy coconut vibe!
I've been on a coconut journey ever since the warm weather has started. I stumbled upon this one while sniffing out perfumes at Sephora and the first thing that hit me was this voluptuous creamy coconut vibe. I absolutely had to bring in a travel size to test it out further.

It's such a well-blended, full bodied, voluptuous creamy coconut scent! The flowers give off an indolic, floral and sweet accord that further enhances the tropical vibe of this perfume. I don't get any powdery accord which is probably why I fell in love with it. It's a pretty linear scent throughout, didn't really detect any notable variation. I'm not entirely sure the accord voted on Parfumo are right. I didn't detect any citrus or fresh notes. In fact, I'd say the perfume is creamy above all else, then sweet and floral. With the warmth of your skin, it almost gives off luxurious coconut and frangipani body cream vibes.

As I was smelling this perfume, I was reminded a lot of Utopia Vanilla Coco | 21, without the small sting of ambrette. They're made by the same nose, so there are similarities. I'll have to get a sampler of Kayali's version to compare them side by side, but if you have one, you don't need the other. I might fall for this one because the creamy vibe is different from the other tropical scents I have in my collection!

Very well prepared
This perfume is a tropical vacation in a bottle, with coconut and tuberose being the heavy hitters.
Orange blossom plays a role, but coconut is the lead, delicately blending tuberose together with frangipani resulting in pure Heaven.
I’m not normally big on this particular perfumery, however I am adding this to my list of perfumes to buy. Longevity is spectacular, as is sillage.
The bottle is pretty basic looking, but it has a pretty label.

Tropical resort garden
Few houses can win me over with florals more than Nest, and this is no exception. I'm a sucker for summery scents, particularly anything with a coconut note, yet this one sets itself apart. It's predominately a cloud of summery, indolic white florals, rounded out with creamy coconut and a warm, musky amber. I close my eyes and I'm transported back in time to a family vacation to Puerto Rico, staying at a resort with an enclosed tropical garden. Wears best in the heat.

I bought a bottle on sale from Kohl's and it has singlehandedly convinced me to revisit some of Nest's other scents that I remember enjoying when I first tried them. It's been a few years and I'm eager to see if they've held up as well as this one has.

A golden Sunkissed moment, gone too soon.
Opens immediately with a strong, ambery, creamy coconut.

After about 5 mins it starts to settle and the lovely florals come through. The white flowers aren’t loud, they just give a beautiful sweet tropical flare to the coconut. My nose can find tuberose difficult wear if it’s loud and in your face. Not here. A subtle spiciness, I don’t get any green or animalic. The Frangipani and the hibiscus bring along some lovely hints of exotic fruits; apricot skin, banana, maybe a bit of mango.

The coconut is much less prominent in the heart. And it really is beautiful here. It’s like a creamy exotic fruit cocktail smoothie, dressed with beautiful exotic flowers and a splash of coconut water added. Deliciously gorgeous!

I just wished it stayed there longer because 35mins later and it dries down to a prominent creamy coconut, warm and ambery. With hints of fruit and flowers. There’s two issues for me here. Firstly, unlike other solar note perfumes, it’s bit *too* warm for me for a pleasant summer fragrance. It reminds me of sitting in the sun, sun screen on my skin but it’s too hot, the sun is baking my skin. A warm uncomfortable moment where I need to move into the shade or jump into the pool to cool down. It’s not cloying as in sweet, but it feels too a bit too warm and ambery to enjoy on a summers day.

The second issue, for me, is that prominent coconut notes don’t do it for me in the perfume game. My own personal take, but to me and my scent memory associations, coconut forward just reminds me of body sprays from my teen years, sunscreen and moisturising lotion. And I enjoy coconut based moisturisers, but I would never spend the money on a perfume that gives me that vibe. Love it on other people, I just like it to feel like I’m wearing a perfume when I’m wearing a perfume.

3hrs later and all I’m left with is a dry nuttiness and a faint whiff of creamy coconut and a whiff of tuberose. And that is disappointing. Now, I usually don’t comment on longevity in my perfume reviews unless the performance is very poor for me. It’s usually not important to me. To put that into perspective, I’ve multiple Jo Malone’s and Penhaligon’s and reviews often complain of their longevity but I can smell them for hours and hours often into the next day. So to be left with barely a skin scent, a ghost of a perfume on my skin 3 hrs later is defo a disappointment to me. That being said, I’m not use to rollerball application of EdPs, so there is a possibility I’ve under applied even though I gave this a good roll on my forearms, wrists and décolletage.

There was an absolute golden moment in this perfume between 5 and 35mins were the scent performed just like the beautiful imagery that the Sun-kissed Hibiscus bottle evokes. Really, really lovely. If only it could’ve stayed like that.. and lasted some.

Sunny tropical floral
This is a very nice summer floral scent. Definitely one I reach for during a sunny, hot day. It feels like you have been in the sun baking with the flowers in the perfume. The frangipani and gardenia are very prominent. I am pretty picky on my florals.

As it dries down the coconut and amber come through. It becomes more summer, evening sultry in a way.

I love layering this with their Nest Seville Orange to brighten things up.

A full-bodied, beautiful perfume worth trying if you love tuberose. Reminds me of a tropical island vacation.

Tropical vacation. Sweet creamy coconut and florals. Warm without being oppressive. Like laying on the beach with a fancy frozen drink.

The opening is like I bit into the ripest, juciest nectarine

The simplest way I can put this is it’s a more floral forward version of Soleil Blanc by TF

Very warm, mostly white floral / tuberose to my nose. Tuberose is not my favourite but this is worth a try if you are a fan of this note!

Tropical and sweet. Not something I would buy a full bottle of though personally. Maybe just not a fan of hibiscus and coconut

A perfect sunny summer floral without being ozonic or sunscreen-ish.

A lighter and fresher version of Hypnotic Poison. Tuberose, orange blossom, and coconut dominate. Cozy warm and caressing. Top
