Spicy tonka

This is basically spicy tonka, smells NOTHING like Chanel Platinum Egoiste. It's sweet and very spicy in aromatic-herbal, piercing way. They might have been going for a copy of Prada Luna Rossa Black, if anything. The scent could appeal to Le Male enjoyers.

In the same vein of Platinum Egoiste

This "Pure Black" by Sergio Tacchini is very reminiscent of Platinum Egoiste, I am 90% sure they tried to go for a copy of the iconic fragrance by Chanel.

It smells to my nose like a flanker of Platinum Egoiste with an amped up absinthe note, the fragrance's smell is really nice and I'd say it could be worn year round, it's timeless and ageless.

The performance seems okay, I'd say it lasts for 4-5 hours on my skin which isn't too bad for the price I paid (10 euros on discount in a store for 100ml).

It's a really good cheapie, you wouldn't go wrong buying this.

UPDATE: I sprayed very liberally last afternoon thinking it wouldn't nuke people out, it did, I guess I just go noseblind to it, don't do more than 5-6 sprays if you don't want to drop a chemical bomb on your friends and those around you, btw, everyone says the smell is great (after 3 hours of chem warfare).

Of Country Gardens and Green Meadows!

In this miserable, damp-cold weather at the moment, I prefer to think about the upcoming spring. With a corresponding fragrance that fits! This "Tacchini" is wonderfully suited for this, capturing the theme in a text! From early spring to almost early summer. That’s when meadows and country gardens seem to particularly green and bloom.
When, at the beginning of March, the first violets stretch their heads and open their buds in white and blue. And herbs like tarragon and wormwood begin to push new green on older branches, a cold wind often still blows across the landscape. But when the sun shines, it can already warm quite strongly. And in beautiful country gardens, the shoots of rosemary and lavender don’t take long to appear.
Then everything breathes a lively freshness freed from the old "mustiness." A little later, around April, the flowers of the wisteria often burst forth in color. While lichens and mosses shed the dull gray-brown of winter in fresh green tones.
In the meadows, herbs and grasses grow ever faster, and in the forests, trees unfold their leaves and ferns their feathery fronds. Everything smells powerfully from herbaceous green to slightly sweet-floral. Moist earth adds its aroma.
As we approach mid-May, various mallows appear, including those that smell like musk. Colorful flowers appear on long, sturdy stems, sitting like clusters on the branches. They bloom for weeks from "top to bottom" and let their scents be carried away by the air.
All of this has been packed into this bottle of "Tacchini," whose color says nothing about its wonderfully green-fresh content!! ONLY - and ONLY THERE has the theme been thoroughly missed! Fortunately! :-))
